Great logos, honest company!
Really pleased with my logo and speed of access to it. Good selection of options, colours etc. I misunderstood the pricing and signed up for monthly subscription without realising. Customer services were quick to reply and understanding and gave refund for payment I wasn't aware I would pay.
Seem like an honest company and an would use again.

I had made my logo and was very pleased…
I had made my logo and was very pleased with it, however I had been charged money I was not aware of. Fortunately for logo.app great customer service they have sorted out my issue in very short notice and have made me very pleased. I will definitely be using logo.app for future services. Thank you for your help and support.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. When I registered with the site to create my logo, I was unaware that I had subscribed to the monthly premium service and was ultimately charged the monthly fee. I reached out to the customer service team who graciously refunded the subscription fee. Thanks for your help!

Beware at all cost
Beware at all cost. Stated that monthly cost is 8.99 but then charges 35.00 month ( this price is buried and the information intentionally misleadings.

Fraudulent subscription scam
Fraudulent subscription scam, avoid at all costs!
I made a small $1.99 one off transaction and then they signed me up without my permission for a subscription. Absolute scam of a company! Not even an email to 'confirm' they'd signed me up. Avoid this like the plague.
