Terrible company to deal with. "promised" as stated on website a max wait of 96 hours. When I raised the fact they were late they offered a free video!!!! Why would I use a company who can not deliver in the first place????
Avoid and stick to a more qualified and proffesional comapny.

I ordered a week ago. I am still waiting for them to deliver. They are also not responding to my e-mail's. Very bad service.

Paid, received order confirmation and receipt. The order was for 96 hour delivery (4 days), however it's been 10 days and we've contacted them 4 times by email, no response to any of the emails. Finally had to file a complaint with the Bank/Credit Card processing to obtain a refund.

Slow to respond and when they do they can’t do much of anything. On top of only using generic templates, they are extremely rude. Do not use this company

It took this company 12 days for the first logo revision. They said they were "short staffed" and this was on 12/18/23. I advised them that due to the delay, I went with someone else, and I requested a full refund. On 1/25/24 (five weeks later), they said "sorry for the delay" and sent me a new revision, not replying to my request for refund. Next, on 2/27/24, still not replying to my request for refund, they sent a new revision saying "sorry for the delay, I understand your frustration." This was via email, and I have not heard back since. Meanwhile, on Instagram Messenger where I initially responded to their ad, they responded to my request saying that they do not offer refunds once projects have been started. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible service and rude social media operator. I paid for a design that I sent over and they made something completely different. It looked like an 6th grade student made it. After numerous emails going back and forth with weeks waiting for a response, I just asked for a refund because it wasn’t working out. When purchasing, they claimed by paying them through Venmo that I had “buyer protection” in case I wasn’t happy with their services. The person who handles refunds said, “Good luck on getting a refund, we always win against people who dispute charges”. They are a scam company and do not deliver on their promise of a logo. DO NOT order from them.
