100% honest review
I will start from what I’m not so happy, minor points. This week I made an order and paid, next 1-2 days I received an email that an item in my order can’t be shipped to me and be removed. It’d be great if LF system could detect and alert me before I made a payment. You have my address/country info, it’s something I think system behind your website can screen. I’m not so clear from the email but sounds like the item is not allowed to ship to my country…
Another case - I asked a question with Live chat in LF, I can’t remember exact details, I applied code as shown on the product page but it didn’t work. I felt 1) the staff in that chat didn’t try to understand me, and 2) tried to answer in the manner of putting my issue to an end, to tick completed to my question while I still felt unhappy. Not because I didn’t get the discount but because I didn’t receive understandable reason. On that product page said “apply code xxx to get xx% off”, I did so but no disc. worked, and the answer from Live chat didn’t make me understand why.
Now the good part :)
In early 2023, I purchased about 6-7 items in an order, it was sent with untracked mode. About 6-8 weeks passed, nothing arrived. So I contacted LF, they asked me some questions and told me to wait a bit more. Ok, still nothing came, I told LF again and they approved a full refund to me. This case made me feel safe to continue buying with LF.
Another thing, long time ago I used to share feedback in this form suggesting LF some skincare brands I hope LF has. Yesterday I recalled, searched and found those brands in LF! I don’t know it’s coincident or my feedback was taken, whichever..I’m happy.

You allowed me to make a purchase of an item I really wanted and the next day cancelled it after I had already paid for it. Sure you promised me a refund but this means I have to keep track and constantly check on the status of this. How will I even know if and when my refunded money is in.
I don't want this kind of hassle in my life. If the item is not available or difficult to get you should not let it be on yr webpage in the first place.
