The product variation is poor
The product variation is poor, the stock level of a lot of products also poor, few of my OG brands I always get from LF is no longer available. The website layout is good. The check out process also good. Promotion awareness is good. Products description, ingredients and instruction are good but some need more pictures especially for the variety of shades to show the color. Overall great experience and can improve more in the product variety. 👌🏻

Bad experience and disappointed …
I placed an order in Dec for 2 products and was entitled to a goody bag worth $144. It was supposed to be delivered in January. I was informed a few days ago that the products were returned back to Lookfantastic although I didn’t cancel the order. When I asked for the reason I was told the courier returned it and I should order the products again. Now when I reorder I no longer qualify for the goody bag. It’s very disappointing and unacceptable!

Slow delivery, bad packaging
The delivery was really slow. Packaging came dented and box was torn, impossible to gift for Christmas.

Did not receive my order and Customer Service is really bad
Did not receive my order. Customer service are not clear whether they will give a refund. I have been waiting for almost a month. I will update my review if they actually give me a clear answer in the next reply.
Update: Bumping this to 2 star - They have finally replied to resend the order. I will update and bump when I receive the order.

I am writing a follow up on my review report written earlier this week regarding order 532727601, which was brought LF service to a new level of low. After I hv made a complaint on trustpilot, agent Nkazimulo approached me explained it was their fault in processing my order and they will make a resend:
I am sorry you are having this issue. I have looked into your account, and there appears to have been an issue with processing your order. At this point, we can either replace the order or refund you the charged amount.
Okay I provided my address for resending and thought it will be settled. But LF CS never stopped disappointing me. 3 replies in a row told me to F off because it was my problem again:
(1 from Tselane) I can advise you to try and retrieve the order from the specified address; we are not liable for incorrect information specified when placing the order.
(1 from Patrick) You should come to original address to collect your order rather than ask us to amend your delivery address.
We are unable to amend anything include delivery address once the order has been placed.
Did they bother to look at the previous conversation? They already admitted it was their fault when processing the order, why was I pulled back into this viscous cycle again where the agents are illiterate and kept repeating template replies????
Avoid LookFantastic at ALL COST!!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. No words can explain my disappointment. I have waited for my items for more than a month. I did not received my items at all. They were returned without any notification. I have to send message to find out what had happened. I was told to re-order my items again. The previous discount code is not active anymore. I hope you will honour the discount for 11.11 and refund me the difference.
I bought the items as Xmas presents for my friends. Now i am not sure if i will receive my new order before Xmas.
Aftet all the inconvenience and time wasted, only $10 was offered to me as a gesture.
This is my first order with lookfantastic and i think it will be my last order too.
Thanks for all the trouble caused.
