Defective Device + Zero Customer Support
I purchased a Lost Mary BM6000 Pineapple Ice and within just a few days the device developed a serious leakage issue. Even after switching pods, the problem continued. I immediately stopped using it, cleaned the device, and confirmed its authenticity with the provided code.
I contacted Lost Mary customer support almost a month ago (15/8) with all these details, but I have received no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
A leakage issue is not just an inconvenience; it should be treated with the utmost seriousness. Inhaling liquid or handling a leaking device can potentially lead to serious health risks, and any responsible company should address such cases urgently.
As a long-term customer, I was genuinely excited about Lost Mary’s non-disposable model, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. A company that ignores customers with defective and potentially unsafe products does not demonstrate accountability or care for consumer safety.
Until Lost Mary takes responsibility for product quality and improves their customer service, I cannot recommend their products.
