I contacted customer service, far from helpful no refunding until certain tests had been fulfilled........I shall never order from this brand again and other users should be careful, you don't know what could be possibly harming you!!

First time purchasing from this company. Never mentioned Evri as the delivery company at checkout. Already not delivered after spending a day waiting for the item. Will not purchase from a company that uses Evri as I find them the most useless untruthful delivery company in the uk (although the driver is a good bloke)

How people can say that LostMary products are good, is beyond me, considering I've bought cheaper vape juices that actually had flavour too them
I have a feeling that the reviews and star ratingvon LostMary site is all fake.
Still you learn as you live, and I definitely won't be buying anying else that's made by or associated with the LostMary brand

Schade, dass man nicht 0 Sterne vergeben kann. Gestern gekauft, höchstens 30x gedampft, blinkt seit gerade hektisch weiß und funktioniert nicht mehr. Abzocke hoch 10 für 11€.
Placed an order but dis not dispatch
Placed an order 2 weeks ago on a next day service still have not received even Evri has not received the item.
Contacted customer services which was an absolute joke and no help i was told to wait 30 days and if the item does not arrive then contact them again absolute joke.
I ended up opening a dispute with my bank at the end.
A complete and utter waste of time.
DM600 burnt taste, waste of money
DM600 burnt taste, customer service don’t respond to emails and if you call you listen to “sorry, all our advisors (line brakes up) are busy on other calls please (line brakes up) continue to hold and your call will be (line breaks up) shortly.” … I mean, it’s a vape shop… how busy can you be.
DM600 X2 complete rip off
I bought 4 of their new DM600 X2 disposables and not one of them the battery last long enough to use all of the eLiquid in the 2 pods. These are a complete rip off as you will not get what you paid for.
Very disappointed
Got 3 of the Lost Mary Tappo vapes. First one was brilliant, the other 2 tasted immediately burnt out. For the price I'd expect a lot better, very disappointed and won't be buying more. As a customer who has limited mobility and can't just nip out to the shops I need to be able to rely on the quality of a product that I have delivered.

Terrible customer service.
I ordered over a week ago. Once the purchase has gone through and paid for, they later ask for an age verification so you need fill out the forms. I filled out the form and it kept saying invalid. I'm 31 so i have no idea why my ID says invalid. It should verify age before purchasing the item just like they would in store. Emailed customer service they took 3 days to get back to me in which they asked for manual ID which i emailed over. GDPR I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'VE DONE WITH MY ID.
1 Week later i get an automated email saying cancelled order and I did not get my money back. 5 emails and I am waiting for a response.
Be very mindful of this company as it does feel like a scam.
