We had the opportunity to choose a hamper as part of our Pet Insurance deal. I chose the boredom buster for my complete and utter nuisance miniature dachshund Kevin. What a great choice! The hamper had numerous activity toys such as a ball you had treats in a lick mat training treats, acute fox thing all Kong and really high-quality toys. Kevin is in his element and he actually stopped being annoying for literally a whole afternoon!!! A great hamper and was a really lovely surprise to receive such a high-quality product. 🐾

I wanted to say thank you to Love Louie who sent 2 amazing hampers for our dogs Tina and Freddie. They were included as part of our Agria pet insurance and were full of Kong toys and fab treats. They have been greatly received by our wonderful rescue dogs who absolutely love them 🐾

My boredom busting box came courtesy of my pet insurance , but the whole experience was a joy. Choosing things which will keep a 16 month old JRT amused and will not be destroyed in 5 minutes is an art , and Love Louie couldn't have done it better. Mack is delighted with their choices, though I will introduce things gradually, his Kong ballistic is a huge success.
Delivery was swift after dispatch. Recommend

Absolutely mind blowing

The items that come in our boxes included with Agria were absolutely incredible

We thought they would have been filled with “filler” items but to our surprise and our dogs delight their were so many kong items which hold up well in our 4 Pomeranian house hold

Each box contained a lickimat and we got some pate and ostrich meat, they devoured it

Forthglade treats and 2-3 toys minimum

We got some really cool interactive toys too to hide treats in and make them foraging and snuffle for them

The kong treat ball we thought would stump our pups but they managed to get into it and get the treats so nothing was too complicated

Amy was been an absolute delight too to communicate with, we are so impressed by these, once they inevitably chew through what they have we will be buying more boxes and getting a horse box too.

I just received my Love Louie box as part of my Agria pet insurance and WOW! What a fantastic selection of quality products! I ordered the “boredom buster” for my 5 month old chihuahua puppy and have just unboxed it and filled all the Kong toys with treats. It’s the quietest and least needy she has been in the entire time we’ve had her!!! Peace for a few mins! 😉 Thanks Love Louie and Agria! I will be re-ordering for my senior dog!

So many toys and treats for my two rescue cats! They were delighted with it all - and their actual boxes! There were so many toys, we even gave some to the rescue centre the kitties came from. Amazing to get such a bonus via the Agria insurance.

Fantastic customer service and great products. After we received a duplicate toy in our second order, we e-mailed to ask if it would be possible to exchange it for a different one. Amy got back to us quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful.

She arranged for replacement items to be sent out straight away, and was happy for us to donate the duplicate toy to a local dog sanctuary, which they were delighted with.

We were so impressed with the level of service - friendly, responsive, and really going above and beyond. We would definitely order from Love Louie again.

Received our Agria puppy sustainable box for our puppy yesterday. Such a lovely surprise with good quality treat and toys our pup and other dog are loving them. Nice to get a quality free gift will be company to use in the future.

SO pleased with the hamper we received. It was tailored to our dog, as requested, including toys suitable for a strong chewer and even single source protein treats. What a wonderful company. I first was informed through my Agria Insurance. The boxes are superb. A good selection of treats and toys. Well packed and excellent information from the company regarding delivery dates. Would highly recommend as the price is brilliant for the content. Plus it’s a small British company so a win all round.
