Great product and service!
This is the first time I have ordered from Ecobale and I have been so impressed with the customer service. Gary couldn't have done more to help me place my order and arrange delivery to coincide with when one of his drivers was in my area. I couldn't be there on delivery day, but Matt the driver unloaded my order exactly where I'd described - the pallets were packed and wrapped well and all bales are intact.
This is the first time I have used shredded cardboard and the product is just as impressive as the customer service - clean, dust free and makes a lovely, deep, stable bed. It's been so easy to muck out and it's stayed put despite my horse lying down and rolling in it, so no exposed areas of floor. I deep litter during the week so yet to remove any wet, but all indications are that it's really absorbent. Perfect for my busy life and horse with equine asthma. Top marks Ecobale!

The company were brilliant giving me…
The company were brilliant giving me all the information I needed and when order placed they kept me informed of how the delivery was going. Due to where I am they used a delivery firm. The driver phoned ahead as requested to keep me upto date on delivery time which was great. My only problem came when driver unloading first pallet had one damaged bale at the bottom and second pallet was so broken that the driver could not get it off the lorry and had to open up the pallet to manually unload. Once the wrapping opened the bales are not tightly packed and trying to re-stack them became difficult and some of the bales were opening. All of which now means they are taking up a lot more room than the pallet would have.

I am pleased that your experience wit us up until the unloading was brilliant, unfortunately we lose some control when it is sent out by courier. The pallets are checked and in good condition when they leave the yard otherwise the courier would not let us load so I can only presume it has been damaged during transit going from lorry to lorry. I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused and will be speak to the courier company to find out more. We will contact you to discuss in more detail and make sure this doesn`t happen again.
