I literally cannot say enough nice things about this company and the lovely lady who runs it! I’ve had 3, maybe 4 boxes now, all seasonal one off boxes and I have been blown away every single time. The contents of the boxes always far exceed the RRP and they always cater to my dog’s allergies as much as possible. The boxes are always despatched promptly and my instagram messages are replied to within a few hours. Honestly I would sign up to a monthly subscription box if it wasn’t for the allergy issues as it would be impossible to cater for his needs on a regular basis. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Loves Louie to anyone who will listen and I look forward to buying the upcoming Christmas box!

We got a free box as an offer with Agria Pet Insurance. I chose the junior dog box and noted on the order my pup’s preferences. I’m extremely impressed, it’s a lovely box and clearly care went in to choosing items that would suit my pup based on my note. She absolutely loves the toys she’s tried so far. I wasn’t expecting much for a free box but it was excellent and well worth the listed cost if paid for. Really impressed, thanks.

We received a box of treats for our dog vis our insurance company and could not be more delighted. Ours is a rescue dog who never plays with anything other than a ball. We think in her formal life, she didn’t really learn how to play. She has loved everything in her box of treats. We will definitely be ordering again thank you from us and thank you from Ruby

We’ve had a couple of boxes now and they’re great value for money, but also a brilliant way to discover some new toys and treats that aren’t necessarily stocked in our local pet store. Each box is packed full of toys and treats, all carefully personalised to suit my pup’s needs. The quality and variety are fantastic, and it always feels like such a treat to open them.

This is my first cat box. Excellent value for money. A great selection of Cat toys and treats. My cat,Pumpkin has been playing all morning and thats with just one of the many in the box. I will be back again. Highly recommended.

Received a free box of goodies courtesy of our insurer, and was really impressed with the contents and speed of delivery! Boxes can be personalised to your dog's needs. I also experienced really helpful and kind customer service from Amy when I needed to exchange an item from a separate order (due to my own mistake). Would recommend!

I received a dog hamper from this company as a gift from my insurance company. I filled in the application form which customised the hamper for my type of dog and was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It had three good quality Kong toys, a lickimat and some delicious treats, my dog Binki loved them, if he's happy I'm happy. I would definitely use this company again.
