It’s easy to order, lots of choices of flavors and the price isn’t bad. Been smoke free for over a year because of this product so I can’t complain

The regular pouches are comfortable and not rough on the gums, the flavor is a bit lacking though and even the 12mg pouches don't actually feel that strong compared to other brands 12mg pouches. The breaker pouches have a lot of flavor, and even the 8mg pouches feel stronger than the regular 12mg ones, but the breaker pouches aren't primed and they are coated in an unpleasant dust that gets everywhere when opening the pack. All in all, they're not perfect, but I have yet to find any pouches that are, so these are pretty decent all things considered.

Good product (Expresso breakers 4mg). Nice flavor and enjoy the discreetness of the pouch. The only con is that shipping is super slow.

I’ve been subscribed to Lucy for a few years now. Their pouches and gum have helped me stop dipping and smoking. They have great products and prices compared to tobacco-less products you’d find at convenient stores.

The product is awesome but I’m about to go elsewhere because of the shipping. UPS had my package for over a week before it was delivered and it showed in the town next to mine for four days. Shipping takes way too long.

Lately, shipping has been extremely delayed. Normally my order would go in on a Thursday and I would get my delivery by Saturday. The past 3-4 orders it has taken a week to be delivered

I've tried all that's out there in the shops to find the right one. Some brands had rather a nasty feeling having it in your mouth. Lucy has really gotten the taste and comfort just right.

Sometimes people try to deceive you because you’re old. It happened when we were at our 1st and only Princess shore excursion at St Martin. It was very disappointing. Billed as “a rum and reggae” beach party, there was no beach, and trim young men weren’t playing volleyball or doing the limbo. The only reggae was on the radio, and no one was dancing. When asked for a review, I was very harsh, and I thought that was the end. It wasn’t.
Craig from Trustpilot called to tell me that I will be reimbursed for the excursion and that makes it all good.
WOW. A company that actually backs up their promise. I should complain more often.

Lucy Pouch nicotine was a great product when it first came out, but they can't consistently produce the same product. The "new" mango pouches lack the mango flavor and the capsule is bitter. At $7.83 per can on their website (which is a ridicules) you would think their product would be top notch, but it isn't. Time to find a new company because I can't trust them.
