Last year I bought a luxe water flosser and was very pleased with it. When it wasn’t working properly I had prompt help from them identifying the fact that there was a speck of dirt in the nozzle.Easily sorted!

When I accidentally cracked the nozzle a short while ago, I tried to order a replacement, but could only buy a complete set. I had only used the one type of nozzle.
I contacted Luxecare about this and they were aware of the problem but in the meantime they very kindly sent me a complete set of nozzles free of charge. What a generous gesture. Thank you so much, Luxecare

Excellent toothbrush and water flosser fast delivery which makes a nice change

Contacted the company with respect to getting a replacement for a broken component. Response to my enquiry was prompt simply asking for further details to my request which I responded and received further instructions for resolving within minutes. Within a couple of days I received a complete replacement unit, with accessories. The service I received from this company was excellent, the speed to resolve was exceptional and I would definitely recommend and purchase products from this company again. Excellent customer service. 👍

Ordered a Titan Razor from Luxe. First razor arrived with a slight fault. However when Luxe were contacted they sent a replacement straight away. Excellent customer service and now I have the razor, it’s an excellent shave. So much easier than a traditional hair shearer. Thank you

I did a lot of research prior to ordering from Luxe. To be honest, the price of this water flosser, clinched it. The unit is very well constructed and easy to use. The unit comes with 2 sets of replacement heads, now that's very thoughtful. 5 different operating levels, I prefer the normal setting personally. I've experimented with every level and discovered just how powerful this machine can be. I truly brilliant machine, that I can honestly endorse. My final comment, buy one you will not be disappointed, I'm definitely not

There were several things I really enjoyed about my experience shopping with Luxecare.

To give some context, a mate stayed over and brought a water flosser with him. He said it felt great and had really helped improve his gum health. I’ve always struggled with traditional flossing, but I wanted to take better care of my gums, so I decided to look into getting one myself.

I came across Luxecare while reading a “Top 10 Water Flossers” guide and was impressed with their website. One of the first things I liked was that they offered a range of pricing options for each flosser. As I was completely new to water flossing, I decided to go for the unboxed option at £49, which seemed like great value.

The flosser arrived very quickly, and the communication regarding shipping was excellent throughout. The product was well packaged, felt high quality, and was incredibly easy to set up and start using.

Since buying it, I haven’t missed a single day of using it. It removes any food trapped around your gums and between your teeth, and your mouth feels unbelievably clean afterwards. It’s honestly become part of my daily routine.

I would highly recommend both this product and Luxecare as a company. I’ve been telling everyone about it and can’t stop raving about it! 😂

Great device! After trying out all different settings I think I found a way of making the most of it.

Delivery longer than expected, also disappointed with the finish have tried both dry and wet using gel and still not as close a shave as a wet razor

I would just like to say about the great customer service I received from Luxe, they dealt with my query promptly and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The guy Peter who I corresponded with went above and beyond to help me . I would definitely recommend ordering from Luxe as you won’t be disappointed . I purchased another flosser, having had one before. Somehow I messed up and ordered 2. They took the spare back with no fuss, great customer service.

Don't be fooled into thinking that not being the cheapest makes it better quality... Big mistake, had to ask for a refund for first as I thought something was wrong with it, got another one sent. Really weak water squirting doesn't do the job, has too many flashy lights and different modes you'll never use, all of these wear the battery down ridiculously fast to make in even more ineffective. Have just bought a very basic one from Boots. Another useless piece of plastic in a landfill somewhere

I loved the Luxe Water Flosser when I first got it, but after a few months the water pressure reduced. I contacted Luxe who recommended that I clean it with 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts warm water and run it through. I live in a hard water area. It now works brilliantly. OK SO NOT ONLY IS THIS THE BEST SHAVER IVE EVER USED, SOMETHING WOULDNT WORK PROPERLY AND AS SOON AS I MENTIONED IT, A BRAND NEW UNIT ARRIVED AT MY DOOR!!

I DIDNT COMPLAIN OR EVEN EXPECT THAT SO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A LARGE COMPANY LIKE THIS IS SECOND TO NONE AND I WOULDNT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THE SHAVER BUT MORESO THE COMPANY!

Their customer service is terrible
The website stated if you change your mind about the order you can cancel within 12hrs this is not the case they took days to respond and now I’m trying to return the product without opening it and getting no response. They don’t honour their website so I wouldn’t trust their advertised reviews

Bought my new Luxecare Water Flosser direct from Luxecare. I bought it because online reviews named it as best product out of a number of lines tested and it was much cheaper than the others. It arrived on time as promised and the product itself is excellent quality. The battery lasts so much longer than my previous Waterpik flosser, it also has a number of different setting which previous flosser didn't have. Used it now for about 5 weeks and really satisfied.

They said they had a problem with my address for shipping but did not bother contacting me about it, when it was nearly a week late I contacted them and was fobbed off. I asked for a refund because I was unhappy with the service and they refused so I have had to go direct to Paypal to get my money back. not a company I intend to use again.

Would give minus if I could! I wanted to return all of my items but understood I had opened one, even though not used. I sent images of the still wrapped items and in all I had 2 emails from them. I contacted within the stated return time and I think in all I have sent over 20 ignored emails. I am disgusted with this company and have been left feeling extremely upset and a bill to pay for goods I won’t use and need to return!

Luxe Water Flosser. I have tapered gaps in my teeth and previously have used the little cleaning brushes. This kit has been so good in removing all plaque and food particles plus gently massages my gums. It's cordless, comes with a set of various nozzles and is superbly built. D.H. Cambridge uk.
