I would just like to say about the great customer service I received from Luxe, they dealt with my query promptly and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The guy Peter who I corresponded with went above and beyond to help me . I would definitely recommend ordering from Luxe as you won’t be disappointed . I purchased another flosser, having had one before. Somehow I messed up and ordered 2. They took the spare back with no fuss, great customer service.

Don't be fooled into thinking that not being the cheapest makes it better quality... Big mistake, had to ask for a refund for first as I thought something was wrong with it, got another one sent. Really weak water squirting doesn't do the job, has too many flashy lights and different modes you'll never use, all of these wear the battery down ridiculously fast to make in even more ineffective. Have just bought a very basic one from Boots. Another useless piece of plastic in a landfill somewhere

I loved the Luxe Water Flosser when I first got it, but after a few months the water pressure reduced. I contacted Luxe who recommended that I clean it with 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts warm water and run it through. I live in a hard water area. It now works brilliantly. Thank you Peter from Support.

OK SO NOT ONLY IS THIS THE BEST SHAVER IVE EVER USED, SOMETHING WOULDNT WORK PROPERLY AND AS SOON AS I MENTIONED IT, A BRAND NEW UNIT ARRIVED AT MY DOOR!!

I DIDNT COMPLAIN OR EVEN EXPECT THAT SO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A LARGE COMPANY LIKE THIS IS SECOND TO NONE AND I WOULDNT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THE SHAVER BUT MORESO THE COMPANY!

Their customer service is terrible
The website stated if you change your mind about the order you can cancel within 12hrs this is not the case they took days to respond and now I’m trying to return the product without opening it and getting no response. They don’t honour their website so I wouldn’t trust their advertised reviews

Bought my new Luxecare Water Flosser direct from Luxecare. I bought it because online reviews named it as best product out of a number of lines tested and it was much cheaper than the others. It arrived on time as promised and the product itself is excellent quality. The battery lasts so much longer than my previous Waterpik flosser, it also has a number of different setting which previous flosser didn't have. Used it now for about 5 weeks and really satisfied.

They said they had a problem with my address for shipping but did not bother contacting me about it, when it was nearly a week late I contacted them and was fobbed off. I asked for a refund because I was unhappy with the service and they refused so I have had to go direct to Paypal to get my money back. not a company I intend to use again.

Would give minus if I could! I wanted to return all of my items but understood I had opened one, even though not used. I sent images of the still wrapped items and in all I had 2 emails from them. I contacted within the stated return time and I think in all I have sent over 20 ignored emails. I am disgusted with this company and have been left feeling extremely upset and a bill to pay for goods I won’t use and need to return!

Luxe Water Flosser. I have tapered gaps in my teeth and previously have used the little cleaning brushes. This kit has been so good in removing all plaque and food particles plus gently massages my gums. It's cordless, comes with a set of various nozzles and is superbly built. D.H. Cambridge uk.

The toothbrush arrived, terrible quality toothbrush heads, toothbrush head doesn’t fit properly to stem, item doesn’t work properly. Contacted for a refund only to be ignored. Stay away from this scam.

Very happy with my Titan X head shaver, definitely the best I've ever used! Customer service also exceptional - recently had to ask if it was possible to replace one of the limit combs, after I'd damaged it, and was offered a replacement free of charge. Very impressed.

I bought a Titan X shaver in March 2025.

The unit has worked very well and is exceptional value for money.

The Luxcare UK customer care team were really good dealing with all issues with my shaver, and dealt with a post warranty issue very expertly.

I do not hesitate giving Luxcare customer service and the products offered by Luxcare, especially their Titan X head shaver, a well-deserved 10/10.

I purchased a water flosser over a year ago and it has stopped working. After contacting Luxe, they offered me a replacement unit and were very polite and quick in their communication to me. Would recommend this company.

I've had the water flosser for about 7months only and it's just broken already. Won't work and the silicone on the water tank seems swollen and has pushed the plastic display plate out of position. Needless to say, I'm highly disappointed as reviews were mostly positive prior to ordering this.

UPDATE: A few days after I posted the review above, I was contacted by a rep from Luxecare UK who expressed disappointment at what had happened to my flosser, and offered to send me a new one if I would accept it. Of course I did and I'm so pleased to say I received that replacement yesterday. I'm amazed at the speed with which action was taken to right this. Their customer service is top notch. Regretfully though, I should've contacted the company directly on their website initially prior to reviewing on TP. With this update, I strongly recommend this company and their products.

I bought my wife a Luxe LED Face Mask, which she simply loved and got real benefit from. After just over a year, the mask stopped charging. I wrote to Luxe and, even though the product was outside its warranty, Luxe provided a complete replacement. Moreover, a member of Luxe's staff, Peter, was particularly kind and empathetic in his correspondence with us. It was a great example of customer service at its best.

The customer service department could not have been more helpful and responded immediately to my request. The water pick has been better than I could have wished
