Great explanation on the product I was interested in. Went out and beyond for the service and was very professional.

Easy to talk to employees, work feels high quality and professional, glasses came out beautifully, my only gripe was that one of my glasses didn't come out in the exact colour I wanted but aside from that they are Great.

I visited Luxframes on the 7th of June. I had a good experience with them as someone who was in the market for new sunglasses that could fit my head. I was able to try on different pairs of glasses and the owner offered a demonstrations as well as recommended me colours that suited me. I would come here again and it will be my go to for sunglasses from now on.

From the initial consultation to the delivery of my customised glasses, Ayoub's service has been amazing! He took the time to go through frame shapes, colours and additional features (gradients, transitions) that would suit my face and my lifestyle. The end results were glasses that are smart, classy and stylish without being too over the top or looking tacky. Great quality and lightweight glasses. Ayoub also showed me how to take care of the glasses to maintain them. Already thinking of getting my next set of glasses!

These are best pair of glasses I’ve bought, Lux really know how to tailor glasses to your face shape. The glasses are comfortable and as a person with a higher prescription, I barely feel the weight of the glasses.
