i ordered a few rings and a necklace the necklace didn’t arrive in my package and on an email it said it had i emailed them and they were so kind and so helpful

This great company sent me the missing part for my necklace each time it broke. They even sent an extra necklace both times.
Amazing customer care. Their capable employees represent the brand well, so they fix things quickly and efficiently.
I even visited their flagship store in Dublin to discover their face-to-face customer care was just as exceptional as their online care. I would recommend this business to friends, family, colleagues, and neighbours. Wonderful to work with if you need help with an order and great aftercare.
