Hi Raia, thanks for your reiew. The signage on the approaches from the M42 and the M6 and local roads are manged by National Highways not the M6toll and they are in accordance with other road signs.

I really disliked the fact I got over…
I really disliked the fact I got over charged on an over charged price.
£12 for one way is a silly amount of money. Then to kick me in the face, you charged me £17.30. I had this resolved but this needs to be looked into. Half the price or £10 return.

Very helpful customer service
The lady who took my call was very friendly and really helpful, ensuring that my enquiry was resolved by the end of the Call.
It was nice to talk with a human for a change instead of chatting to a bot !!

I received a debt recovery letter after paying!
I received a debt recovery letter after I had paid. I have wasted an hour of my life demonstrating I had paid. Apparently the lane was out of sync. The M6 Toll should compensate me for the stress and inconvenience.

Turn off from toll to airport closed no signage no warning your answer was you can only display issues on toll which is pathetic you have a duty to display issues with exits from the toll you failed to do this.Resulting in a 20 mile detour and late arrival.And I paid for the privilege.
