Went to a partner lab near my office for the in person test. No queue, nurse was quick and friendly, in and out in like 10 mins! Everything was already set up from the app so I just gave my number to the nurse from the app!

The actual blood draw at the lab was fast and the people there were also very nice. Results came back same day which is great. Only reason it's not 5 stars is it took me a minute to figure out which collection point to go to, as there were two labs at the building.

Did the blood test and the AI coach is what surprised me. Asked it why my vitamin d was low and it gave me an actual action plan, not just generic stuff and some supplements from Pilulka. Got a free year of membership on top of it too which I wasn't expecting. Really happy.

Went to one of their partner labs for the men's hormones test. Staff were friendly and quick, no queue when I got there, but when I was leaving it was getting crowded. What I really liked is everything was already set up from the app so I just gave my code and that was it. Had the results the next day. Proper impressed with how smooth the whole thing was.

Booked the blood test through the app…
Booked the blood test through the app and picked a lab near my work. Walked in, barely waited, nurse did the draw and I was out in like 10 minutes. Results were in the app that same evening with explanation for every value. So much easier than the usual practicioner visit where you wait a week just to be told everything's fine.

The application is crap
The application itself. After the test, I was pushed to subscribe to the application with a subscription fee. Even the card authorization was unsuccessful 10 times.
A better approach is to go to a laboratory for blood tests where you can choose the same or more tests (even Macromedia uses external laboratories such as Synlab etc) and then use ChatGPT to get the same results.

Straight up scam and anti-consumer behaviour.
Pure scammers. I have paid for my DNA results, multiple blood pannels while back and now, out of nowhere the app is gated behind a subscription. They give you a "year of free use" but still force you to fill in the payment details, meaning I wont be able toa ccess the interpreted results anymore. Absolute scums, stay away at any cost.
