A great company.
I order two items. Unfortunately one of them was nothing like it had shown in the photos, but Mark from Madagascan immediately gave me a refund, and apologised.
I've used MD before and will use them again. They're a great company to deal with, with lovely items.

This is my go to for stones
This is my go to for stones. Excellent quality, great service. I love that I can select individual items online. So different from so many sellers, and a real plus for me. A lot of their pieces are very unique, which also appeals to me.

I ordered 4 fossils
I ordered 4 fossils, all 4 were damaged and this was not made clear in the descriptions. I thought that I was buying fossils in pristine condition. Very disappointed.

Hello Xavier
Very sorry to hear of your thoughts of your order.
You contacted us by e mail and we told you we would give you a full refund on the fossils when returned but you never did return them .
The gastropod fossils which we prepare in our workshop are of a very high quality and have been selling for many years online without any problems.
They were sold with detailed pictures of the fossils and as all of our customers know that the fossil you see is the fossil you get.
Please return and we can give you the full refund we offered you.

I'm a repeat customer and rate MD very highly. The specimens are top quality and excellent vfm. Communications have been quick and clear. Photos and videos on the website are good and very informative, so no surprises when orders are received. They are my first port of call for crystals and opals.

Wonderful, as usual!
Yet another absolutely stunning crystal pebble! Every single one I've bought from Madagascan Direct has been perfect! The only problem I have is that the minute I've bought one, I find another that I desperately need...haha...
Thank you for such an excellent service and such beautiful crystals!

Usual high standard of service and quality. My partner is using the Rose Quartz & Moss Agate wands to help with healing of her skin and lips (Rose Quartz specifically) after a long course of steroids, which slow down blood cell production. So, the therapy itself and energetic healing qualities of these two elements can only but help! Thank you Madagascan Direct x!
