The holster took forever to arrive. It is not all leather but a mix. I have an older model made entirely of leather that is in my opinion, superior.

So far so good! Competive prices vs ordering from the manufacturer. The only hiccup is ordering HSGI gear..They take a bit longer to receive. I did have to exchange 2 items, Mad city customer service said they would order the items ahead of time to expedite the process. Time will tell.

You people kept me informed and updated on my order status. You. Amy, even apologized at one point, for taking so long to ship my goods. I never once thought things were moving too slow, and I appreciate that you are a a small business and may even in your early stages. I couldn't be happier with the merchandise or the price. In fact, I was even contemplating adding additional items to my order before it shipped, but I just couldn't make up my mind as to what I wanted. Communication with Amy was prompt, respectful and accurate. I had to wait longer than expected to get my product due to stock issues, but ultimately the money that I was able to save by ordering from Mad City Outdoor Gear versus other retailers would lead me to shop here again. The Galco holster that I received was perfect and at the lowest price on the internet that I could find. I would recommend Mad City to a friend.

I ordered embroidered watch caps just before Christmas for all of my crews. They told me it might take a little while with the holidays slowing things down. The hats arrived Monday and they are good quality hats with good looking embroidery. The company provided good communication, updating my order status and checking to be sure we received the order and that I was satisfied with the product, I am very satisfied.

This is the second time I have ordered anything from Mad City Outdoor. Both of my orders were on back-order, and Mad City Outdoor kept me apprised on the status of both orders in a timely fashion.

This is the second time I have the Rothco Extra Heavyweight Buffalo Plaid Flannel Shirt (in Black & Orange). The first one (Medium) was a little large, but I kept it in case I put on any weight. The second one (Small) fit perfect. I would say that this shirt runs large. It is a heavyweight flannel, as advertised. It is a handsome/beautiful shirt of good quality.
