Simple quick process from ordering to receiving product

Service, price, and communication was good, but the product color was not as advertised. The received product is much lighter than true coyote tan. It was even lighter than flesh tone tape. Will use it for something other than camoflauge.

Shipping took a while but they kept me in the loop about everything with great customer support

Have no complaints package arrived little late but was expected tho mail no guarantee on arrival dates but it was good

Ordered an item on 10/15/22, was charged immediately, and finally canceled my order on 12/22 for a refund because I never got anything. Support kept telling me there was a delay with their manufacturers, but the whole time it was backordered, they never once updated the website to indicate this. Also never received automatic periodic updates - always had to reach out to support to get a status. Estimated ship time was still 3-13 days months later.

Seems shady, like they're just counting on you to forget that you ordered anything so they can just keep your money.

It took a long time to receive my order (the original order was discontinued by the manufacturer without notification and the second order delayed by manufacturing delays) but Mad City staff delivered on their promise to deliver - and they did. Long time to receive, bad … but trust developed out of the successful fulfilling of this delivery more than offset the delays I encountered. Trust in this company and quality of products will allow me to remain a Max City customer.

Very communicative about shipping info. Product arrived well packed. Very happy with my purchase.

Products took an exceptionally long time to arrive, but at least CS kept me updated to let me know my order was still in process.

Lackluster responses to late orders. Fraudulent advertising. Promoting and taking money for products that are not available.

While my order was on backorder from Elbeco for several months, they kept in constant communication to keep me aware that they were aware of the time lapse. The product arrived and I was happy with my experience despite the long delivery time. It was outside of their control anyways.

10 out of 10 would recommended.
