Easy to use and notes are made accurate. The fact that you can read it before sharing and edit it is really helpful. Magic notes saves you so much time and takes the stress of having a lot of admin away.

Magic Notes has been a great and beneficial tool in my role. It has helped me streamline my work and keep track of important details. However, there is room for improvement.
One key feature that could be enhanced is the ability to upload documents or paste in work that was completed outside of Magic Notes. This would allow for more complete write-ups and better integration with existing work.

Overall, I’ve found Magic Notes to be a valuable tool, but with these improvements, it could become truly exceptional in supporting the efficiency of completing administrative task.

New to using magic notes but used it for the first time to do supervision and it captured accurately the key issues and formatted it for me which was helpful

It's really helpful and effective means I can concentrate on the conversation and be less worried about the notes I need to write as I struggled to read my writing if I am writing quickly. It is really accurate and better than words dictate for picking up what is said there is less errors in transcribing and misinterpreting.
I appreciate this cannot be helped with AI as this is not a replacement for associate degree or team manager skills but sometimes on the proofreading you need to re edit where it is misunderstood or interpreted to ensure that the meaning is correct this it's not something I think can be fixed it is just showing the importance of proofreading fully before attaching in case it is giving a misinterpreted impression

My experience with Magic Note has been genuinely impressive. The tool is intuitive, reliable, and thoughtfully designed to simplify note-taking and information organization. What the company is doing particularly well is listening to its users and delivering a clean, focused experience without unnecessary complexity. I also appreciate how responsive and helpful the support team is—they clearly care about continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

AI is increasingly becoming a must to increase productivity but to retain the human side, the magic is in the directions you give and is only restricted by your own imagination. The first generation of the notes are just the start of the magic...but you are the conductor with the mike!

Since using Magic Notes, it has saved me lots of time, which I can spend on other tasks or visits. Alongside assessments, I find using it for dictation after a lengthy telephone call, or an MDT meeting great, as it is professionally written to whichever style of writing you request.

Career changing!!
As a social worker with ADHD and Dyslexia, this has changed my life. It feels like it is the key to a lot of the problems I have had since beginning my career in social work, late recording / taking a long time to record visits due to processing my analysis and feeling overwhelmed with information - Magic Notes takes away that pressure. I am going to be lost without it if I have to lose it.

So easy to use, gathers the correct information and is very person centred.

It has saved me time and given me an opportunity to engage with the service user. It has written an analysis of what was discussed other than just typing verbatim. I recommend it to social worker's and other professionals struggling with note taking.

Saved a lot of time and effort in typing notes up. Not 100% accurate so needed tweaking and some spelling mistakes with pronunciation of names and places. All in all I love it and can see the benefits of using this wonderful tool

The notes do require proof reading and editing, sometimes more then other times.

I find the more information given by a person the shorter the notes, so have to ask the notes to elaborate in certain areas.

All in all very helpful.

I had used magic notes on 03/06/2025 but was off work for a few weeks after this date but my notes had gone when I came back, which was frustrating as I had not taken written hand notes that day.

It's time saving, it takes off a mental load it builds confidence, your work presents very professional and structured. It improves my professional language used in report writing, case notes other administrative task and for someone in perimenopause phase it's like my other brain :) And it allows you to really engage with your clients.

I've been using Magic notes for just under a month and absolutely love it. It makes such a difference to meetings, where you can be more professional and not constantly note taking. I also love how much you can tweak the report after.

Magic Notes are definitely an answer to our stressful and demanding tasks as Social workers. Its introduction would improve the turnaround on how we produce visits, meetings and assessments records as compared to when we had to do everything manually.

Magic notes is a new AI tool developed by social workers for social worker, as a new user, I am impressed with it. It has already made a noticeable difference in how I manage my workload. It helps me cut down the time spent on note taking and organising tasks, allowing me to focus on more important work like 1-1 interactions with families. it is user friendly, efficient and genuinely helpful. I am definitely looking forward to exploring more of its features.
