Maileg and Moulin Roty
In readiness for the festive season I have ordered a few packages of Maileg and Moulin Roty plush toys. Maison white knows how to do customer service to a high level. The Maileg items are beautifully wrapped up in gorgeous paper or gift bags. All items have arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Communication/email answering has been great, as I needed to change a delivery address after I had ordered, and this was swiftly sorted. Thank you Maison White team ⭐️

Quick delivery & it was well packaged but unfortunately the tip of Stanley the penguins wing had broken 😕 I've managed to glue it back 😊. I guess the design & pointed tips don't travel well.

No one was rude to you, you were just informed that we could not accept the multiple orders you had placed for the same item. This has obviously ruffled your feathers as you have gone out of your way to leave multiple negative reviews, all because we refused to process the 6 or so Jellycat Dragons you wanted.
As a Jellycat stockist, we strive to offer a great service to ALL of our customers - part of that is ensuring people, like yourself, don't come along and SCALP the products we sell.
So YES! you had a negative experience because we refused to honour your multiple purchases, despite the fact we have had dealings with you in the past where we explained - we limit Jellycat products to one per person, and informed you to not keep ordering as we wouldn't send them.
I am sorry you feel so disgruntled, but we made this decision so we would have happy genuine customers, not people buying up and reselling.

Really good price for some Orla Kiely bedding that was much more expensive elsewhere. Excellent delivery time, great comms and a fabulous product. Would definitely buy from Maison White again. Thank you!

Great company - ordered Laura Ashley bedding twice by mistake - banking issue - company messaged straight away to see if I had in fact done two orders. They cancelled one straight away and avoided them wasting time sending them out and me returning so thank you very much
