I placed an order on November 13, 2024 for Christmas garland. Today is January 6, 2025 and I just received my order. Ridiculous!!
I requested my money back several times and they refused.
The quality of the product is horrible. It looks like something you would put in a fish tank.
Not the product shown in the ad on Instagram. Buyer beware!!

What a great company! I ordered a front door coir mat and was concerned my order hadn't gone through, so I called them, and a very friendly lady checked everything, including my measurement calculations (which I had made a mistake on). The order went through, and the mat was delivered a few days later. It fits perfectly, and it is super quality. I would definitely recommend Make an Entrance! (Great name, by the way!).

Quick delivery. Mat good. I ordered a small mat and there was a warning before I committed to check dimensions...I was correct but very grateful that there was a check.

Found the website, made the call (to a very helpful live person), gave the measurements and placed the order.
Delivered in good time with really good instructions.

Ordered two mats on 25th November. Telephoned to chase the order days later and was informed that they were experiencing delays due to a warehouse move. The person I spoke to allegedly checked and said the items I’d ordered would be there and sent out to me early this week. Today I called to chase again. This time I was told the items weren’t actually in stock. This company took my money on 25th November for products not in stock. Furthermore it’s me who’s been chasing them to try and find out what’s going on rather than them calling me to tell me what’s happening. I’m not impressed.
They tried to sell me larger sizes or a different colour today.
I’ve asked for a refund.
In my view it is totally unacceptable to take a customers money when the products are not available, and hang on to it, knowing that this is the case.
I hope I get my refund soon.

I found it virtually impossible to find a door mat to fit in our porch , we have a area cut out of concrete with different measurements at each end most mats come in sizes far to big or small so it was a huge relief to find this company where you can put in measurements close enough even for me , I just trimmed the sides down to make a good fit . The buying process is easy we had our family name placed on it .I would recommend Make An Entrance to anyone interested in buying a quality product
