I ordered a black coir mat and it’s perfect. The colour is jet black and looks amazing on my black and white porch tiles. It is cut to the measurement I gave. Fast delivery and well packaged. The brush works a treat on it. Definitely recommend for product quality and customer service.

This is the third made to measure mat I have bought - for different places not because they have worn out! Excellent quality and extremely helpful on the telephone finding my previous order and trying to colour match. Samples sent arrived quickly and were helpful. Mat also arrived quickly and good communication about when order dispatched.

I made an order for a custom size coir mat to fit the Mat Well inside the back door entrance. The mat arrived speedily and fitted perfectly. Looks great. Recommended.

I have previously bought mats from Make An Entrance and have always been impressed wit heir range and quick delivery. This time round they did not disappoint, the Mat is exactly what I needed and it arrived in 2 days. Excellent company.

I ordered some cut-to-measure outdoor synthetic matting for our porch. It was cut and dispatched within 24 hours, and arrived 2 days later, with clear cutting and care instructions. It's made a big improvement to our front door and i was very impressed with the efficiency and communications from this company.

Just very poor. So firstly I ordered a mat from this company as they provided a product which was very thin (limited space under door). On ordering, I was advised that it would take 2 weeks to produce. I was having timber flooring installed so needed to know the exact measurements which I paid extra for. On receiving the mat, it was so badly cut I had to try and alter it myself. I have now rung and left messages on two occasions and as yet, their "customer services" have yet to get back to me. How do companies like this survive?

Further update since my original post. I contacted the company twice, once at about 2pm and again just after 5pm. Further to their response, they asked me to return the mat as they agreed it was sub-standard. I replied to inform them that my fitters had thrown it away as it was so poor. At no point did they then come back and offer me any type of refund, even for the "bespoke" cutting service which was such a sham. I have left this follow up review to give them ample time to respond, but of course nothing. Perhaps they should do more than just monitor negative responses and actually follow through with genuine customer care.

Excellent product. Well made and exactly as described. The sample arrived well packaged with full description to avoid any confusion between the products. The carriage charged on the sample is refunded with the order so pleased with that. A pricey product but worth the money as bespoke sizes and really very good quality. You get what you pay for.

We have ordered two rugs from MAE now. We are very pleased with them. The rugs are designed in our bespoke company colours and logo. They are made very well. I was advised on the correct backing for the two different types of flooring these are placed on. They are very safe and none slip at all. The customer service has been 5* making the whole experience easy from the design stage through to delivery. Highly recommend.

Was impressed by the speed of delivery. The mat is good quality, a good colour and will suit our purposes very well. However, the mat was not cut straight and had to be trimmed to fit the well. Otherwise, very pleased.

Ordered a 'Hug Rug' for the back door. Product was fine. Knocked off a star for two reasons: -
1. The rug was folded rather than rolled up, so it has a few creases which I sincerely hope will disappear in time.
2. The delivery courier (DHL e-commerce) sent a text and email on three consecutive days saying it would be delivered that day. OK, it turned up eventually, but what sort of rubbish use of technology is that?

Looking for a new mat for our front door, as we had used "Make an Entrance" before I looked at their offers. The personalised mat was really nice so we ordered one. Very easy to order online as long as you know the size. Important for me as it fits in to a recess in the hall. When the mat turned up not only did it fit like a glove it also look fantastic. People who see it love it so many thanks to the people at "Make an Entrance".

Lovely custom cut door mat, was struggling to find somewhere that would do exact measurements then came across this site. Arrived super fast & well packed, my hallway looks inviting again!
