Expect a much longer wait for your money than they claim
Expect a much longer wait for your money than they advertise.
Also, expect them to find something in order to send you a "revised offer" this happened to me even though the unit was returned as packed in it's original box that they claim was missing on arrival.
Then they send you more paperwork to complete which could have easily been requested at the beginning.
Smells like delaying tactics trying to sell the unit before they have paid the supplier. I have not experienced this level of mucking about with other companies of similar nature. All in all an experience in waiting for contact which only comes after further prodding. I would hesitate to recommend or use this service in future.

We apologise for the delay in receiving your payment, as we were slightly understaffed last week. Everything should be back on track from this week onwards.
Regarding the box, initially, our technician claimed it was not received, but after your confirmation that you sent it in a box, we managed to locate it and have adjusted the pricing to the original offer.
As a registered second-hand dealer, we must wait for 7 days before we can sell your products. The claim that we sold it before paying our customer is not true.
We understand it takes a lot of courage to send your device across, and we will definitely improve our turnaround time and be more cautious in the future.

Terrible. Sold my laptop and 2 months after receiving it they still have not paid the proceeds. I have followed up numerous times via email and either get a response that they will look into it or no response at all.

Device as described
My device was received on time, came with genuine charger and device in great condition. Compared to others on the market it was around the same cost but does come with a one year warranty and 30 day change of mind return which others dont. Will definitely come back again in the future!

Ur job is to take sales, and then send those products. I bought online so u didn’t even work for the sale. All you had to do was send it. You failed!!! Even when I called you couldn’t call me back. I had to chase you up again!! Absolutely terrible service in every way!! Never again!!!!!!!!

Smooth selling experience
I filled in the online form to sell my old Mac Mini late on a Sunday evening. The offer was generous, I thought, for a machine too old to trade in to Apple.
I dropped the machine off at their premises on Monday afternoon. The machine was assessed and the offer confirmed on Wednesday. The money was deposited in my account at the end of Friday. There were no complications, no difficulties.
The process was slightly slower than their initial estimate on their web site but only due to me being a first-time seller to them and needing to verify my identity - not their fault, it's state law for second-hand dealers.
In a few years time when my new Mac is due for replacement I will certainly be offering it to them.

Fast working refurbished 2020 MacBook Air
The 2020 MacBook Air arrived later than expected but is working very well and is in excellent condition. It was a pleasant surprise to see how easily it connected to my older Dell Monitor. Migrating existing information and appliances from my old MBA to the new one was a breeze as well.

MacBook M1 Air came in better condition than expected
MacBook M1 Air came in good condition, better than expected (small scratch, slightly noticeable however not a deal breaker). Delivery took longer than expected due to a mix up with Aus-post. Overall happy with the condition of the laptop
