Very impressed. Kids wanted some Polly Pocket stuff. I got it delivered from Maqio for just over £20. Amazon would've cost £30.

Ordered 3 MOTU action figures at a great price.
They definitely beat their competitors..whom I have used on several occasions on price, due to their price comparison and postage.
Only downside is the limited number of items.
But you can't have everything.

I’d give Maqio more than 5 stars if I could! I needed a bulk order of individual toys for my son’s birthday party bags and was worried about getting a lot of duplicates since the items are usually picked at random.

I reached out to customer service to see if they could help, and they were brilliant — super quick to reply and very helpful. Even though they couldn't guarantee variety, they went out of their way to notify the warehouse for me.

Not only did my order arrive faster than expected, but they managed to pack the items with zero repeats! I’d never shopped with Maqio before, but after such a positive experience, they are officially my go-to for toys. Highly recommended!

I ordered a baby mobile for our crib on 18th January on express delivery, I had no delivery by 22nd January so I contacted their customer service who told me my item had been delivered by Yodel on the 21st January and sent me proof of delivery... The property in the picture was not mine and even though I provided photos clearly showing my drive doesn't look like the one pictured by Yodel. I feel am being made to jump through hoops over a £25 item and have even had to sign a declaration to say I hadn't received the item.. it's now the 24th and I'm no closer to having this resolved. Honestly if you can buy your products elsewhere.. this is my first experience with Maqio.. and I would advise anyone to stay clear of them.

Sent a toy that dosnt work. No noise when pressing button, child dissapointed thinking this happens not a big deal i informed and said id like a replacement. Maqio decided to state I needed to go and buy new batteries as its not faulty… these are weird little cirlce batteries so not even any i have to hand at all… to n fro where i said i refuse and them saying they refuse then to accept it as faulty. I have no done a chargeback as consumer law doesnt dictate its my job to buy stuff for their faulty product (they refused to send batteries for it when i suggested this too)
Used maqio a few times and thought they were good but this is just a testimate of a company when you have an issue and they cant obide by consumer law so, avoid!
