Great products, and I really love what they do for their community. I live near one of their offices and know they volunteer for the local community.

Bought a Galaxy Ripple Cake for my daughters birthday. Very disappointing as only 3cm tall with hardly no filling and most of the outside icing missing. Sent photos and was told a voucher would be sent. After spending £10 on the cake I got a voucher for £4 which I think is a complete insult. Anyone thinking of purchasing this cake I would think again, not worth the money.

We purchased a family size package of cocoa M&M's. This is a product we buy regularly; we know and like the taste. However, this package was not edible so I sent the corp an email telling them how bad the taste was and offered to send it back so they could test it. They quickly replied that the poor taste was probably due to transportation/storage and offered to send a "free coupon." We received the $3 coupon -- the product cost nearly $6 -- so not "free" at all. So disappointed!!!!

Well, not a fan of them except they so called limited series bars and M&M’s. This products i really like.

Been buying Sheba for years, recently bought the "Luxury" Craft collection, 100 pouches of pure junk, all 3 of my cats won't touch it, lick the juice and won't touch the meat, the meat looks and feels like rubber so can't blame them. Sent an email to state the obvious, its sh1.t food. Refused to compensate and playing difficult.

BEWARE WHEN BUY STARBURST ORGINAL. BOUGHT BAG OF 2 PER PACK AND EVERYONE WAS PINK AND THEY TELL ME I SHOULD HAVE SAVED BAG. POURED IN CANDY DISH FOR GRANDKIDS. THREW BAG AWAY WONDERING IF THEY SAVE THEIR BAG. ABOUT 30 DOUBLE PACKS SAID ORGINAL BUT NOT!!!!!!!!! THROUGH WITH THAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was given a pack of Celebrations at Christmas and one of the chocolates had a piece of plastic inside it. I reported it to Mars Wrigley who asked me to send the whole packet back (only a few had been eaten) and asked a lot of questions about the incident. I answered all the questions and returned the pack with the rest of the chocolates as requested. They then asked for my address to send some vouchers so I could buy a replacement. The vouchers have never materialised, despite my following up with Mars Wrigley. Guess I'm left with no chocolates! Should have kept the rest of the pack and not bothered to complain!! VERY DISAPPOINTING for a major company. Obviously customer satisfaction is not important to them!

I have left numerous messages for someone to make contact with me,I have bought some malteasers which I think might be contaminated,I have tried some and the made me poorly,I have the box with majority still in,I think someone needs to see if there any more on the market.

Only downside to your products is that they're too sugary.I can't keep away from them.

Was really disappointed with the service I received the other day. I’ve never had a problem with the chocolate before but we got some celebrations and they tasted chemically and my small son was sick from trying two.i complained and they weren’t very helpful and said as they had been opened they couldn’t test them and they didn’t even offer to send us some good ones. It wasn’t what I’d expected from such a large company. I hope the whole batch wasn’t contaminated.

Momentan wird mit einer Kuscheldecke für den Erwerb einer bestimmten Summe derer Produkte geworben. Leider ließ ich mich für diese Verlockung verführen!!!
Meine Katzen, höher verträgliche Futtersorten gewöhnt, reagieren mit Brechreiz und Durchfall!

It is childish how much I am obsessed with Mars as a corporation and all of its yummilicious products.Skittles are my favorite!!!!

Ich habe Mars Produkte (Mars, Snickers, Milky Way und Celebrations) Gekauft und nach der Rückruf Aktion wegen Erstickungsgefahr zurückgesendet.
Dabei habe ich darauf hingewiesen das ich den Kaufpreis gerne zurück hätte worauf mir mitgeteilt es wird nur getauscht und nicht ausgezahlt werde und ich müsse die Riegel trotzdem essen. dann bekam ich zum Teil Müsli Riegel und andere Produkte zurück gesendet die ich nie gekauft hätte, Hier wurde die Rückruf Aktion komplett für Werbezwecke neuer Produkte genutzt. Das Porto für die Einsendung 4,70 EUR wurde seitens Mars nicht erstattet.
Da mir nach dem Hinweis Erstickungsgefahr der Appetit auf Mars Produkte vorerst vergangen ist, habe ich diese nun in den Müll geworfen, das hätte ich gleich tun sollen dann hätte ich mir das Rückporto 4,70 EUR erspart Mein Fazit nach 8 Mails an Mars Deutschland Kundenwünsche werden komplett ignoriert. Kommunikation gleich null. Widerspruch zwecklos. Nie wieder.
