Maxmattress Opiniones

Overall a good mattress but it's a bit hard for me .

We just fell in love with our ultrafirm mattress. Best nights ever. 10/10 quality and service. Highly recomended.

A genuinely supportive and comfortable mattress! Cannot feel my husbands movement getting in and out of bed or tossing and turning so it also gives us a better nights sleep from that point of view! I was nervous ordering a mattress online tag we had never tried but I’m very very glad we did!!

Good communication delivery to suit

I have made an order 8 days ago and still no confirmation has been provided. Eventhough you took the money.
Your delivery policy states 2-3day delivery.
No customer service contact to call for complaints
Very unhappy and unpleased with your services.

After years of broken sleep I know sleep like a baby would highly recommend

Wicked thanks

The mattress is outstanding. No back ache the very first morning, which is an absolute win.

Great mattress, only down side it took about 3 weeks to get here.

Easy to order nice comfortable matress however i wish it had of been deeper than it is. It's 15 cm deep i usually go with 28 or 32 deep mainly for the height

Haven’t received the mattress the money has been taken . Costumer service doesn’t exist nobody answered to the only way to contact them by email, no phone number. Better to stay away from this company

Purchased the king size with free luxury memory foam pillows and added the mattress protector too, to extend the 100 night guarantee to a 200 night guarantee.
The pillows are awesome, the mattress cover isn't the greatest quality though.

Although the website states delivery within 2-3 days, it actually took 10 days, after initially ordering the mattress and paying for it, it was infact 2-3 days before I was contacted to choose my delivery date.
That being said, the delivery of the mattress was very seemless on the day itself, took about 5 minutes in total from the doorbell ringing to the drivers leaving.

The mattress itself is a little too firm for me and anything i have had prior to this mattress, however, it is supportive, well made, and I don't fidget during the night trying to get comfortable anymore, when I'm asleep, I stay in the same position until I wake up and I'm waking up not even knowing I've been to sleep, the nights go too fast now, and I wake wanting to go back to sleep, but don't have the time.
That's not because I don't feel rested or needing more quality sleep, it's because I just fall asleep straight away and dive straight into a deep sleep without fidgeting and waking myself up trying to get comfortable.

All in all, this is a mattress that rivals the top tier, top price competitors at a very reasonable price, definitely worth a 5 star review, however, due to the delivery claims and reality of the actual delivery being delivered, I have deducted a star.

If you are looking for a good quality mattress, and don't have the budget for a high end, high price mattress, but want one that feels like one, you will be pleased with your decision to purchase this one from max mattress.

Not sure what else you want to know about what I think of it, I sleep very well on this mattress and would recommend it to others, infact, I have already suggested to both my little brother and my dad to purchase one as they both suffer from back issues, even if they didn't I would have still suggested they get one.

Really comfortable pillow, would recommend

Mint mint mint

High quality mattress at a great price. The firmness of the mattress is ideal for me. I’m sleeping much better than previously. The mattress was delivered on time and the communication from the delivery team was excellent. Overall, well worthy of a 5 star rating.

From ordering to delivery they made it easy. The comfort and support of the mattress makes for a really sound sleep with no aches and pains in the morning
