Advice and help given.
I decided to try to sell my maisonette in Bonnethill Place, Dundee, after several years of renting it out. I arranged for three Estate Agents to visit me at the property and decided to go with McEwan Fraser Legal, as I was particularly impressed with Jayne Smith, their Area Sales Manager. As soon as I met Jayne, it was very obvious that she had a very good understanding of the Dundee property market and was very familiar with Bonnethill Place, a converted Jute Mill. Jayne had recently been responsible for achieving a good price on the sale of another maisonette in the building, which I found encouraging. Jayne had a lot of time for me when she visited, which was much appreciated! She fully explained about the type of people that would be interested in my property and the best way to advertise it to bring it to their attention. She also made some very useful suggestions on how I could improve the presentation of the property. Unfortunately, I have now taken the property off the market as it didn’t sell in the time period I had envisaged and I will now be renting it out again. However, I have no complaints about McEwan Fraser. I did have quite a few viewings and I also accepted an offer, but unfortunately there were complications on the buyer’s side and the sale did not go through. I had regular contact with Jayne during the time the property was up for sale. I found it easy to get in touch with her. She always returned my calls very quickly, If I couldn’t get hold of her straight away. I really appreciated the fact she had time for me, was always able to answer my queries and always gave me good advice and suggestions. In conclusion, I would have no hesitation in recommending McEwan Fraser Legal and would like to take this opportunity to convey my thanks and gratitude for all the help that Jayne Smith was able to give me.

I’ve had a very positive experience…
I’ve had a very positive experience with Shaunie Burnett so far. She was friendly, professional and helpful when she came out to value my property in Glenrothes, and she has been easy to communicate with throughout the process.
We’re still at the early stages of working together, but I’ve been very happy with the service and would happily recommend Shaunie to anyone looking to sell their property.

I was very impressed with the detail she could give me and the background surrounding the property/site and area. She was very easy to deal with and clearly very experienced, I will reach out to her in the coming weeks when I decide which units in my portfolio to sell and also consider an offer for the unit in Govan.

Gemma Hayward has done a great job communication with my brother Roy & myself on the sale of our Mum’s & Dad’s house. Anything we asked her & it’s sorted quickly with a solid reply. It was a waiting time sorting out the remortgage payment mystery but got there at the end. It was nice to meet her at the final signature to thanking her for all the help & work she has done.

Very professional and friendly team. Jay was our initial contact and took time to explain the whole process to us. Laura- Jane arranged all viewers and gave us feedback back the next day. She was in constant contact with us and was so supportive. The other team members were there to take over on her days off. They again couldn’t have done enough. Our house was sold within 5 weeks and was stress free.. The legal team have now taken over with conveyancing which again is all part of there service. I can’t recommend McEwan Fraser highly enough.

Excellence all round - would recommend to anybody.
We changed to McEwan Fraser after a few disappointing months with a previous estate agent trying to sell our property in Portsoy. We chose McEwan Fraser based on recommendations. The difference in service and communication was like night and day.
Peter Reid was our first point of contact and was excellent theoughout the process. His customer service skills and communication were great - we knew what was happening and when. We were also pleased to be able to have sound advice and guidance on price and presentation.
We dealt with a couple of lovely ladies in the head office, again, both were professional, friendly with excellent and timely communication. Stephanie Stephen who did our actual conveyancing was efficient, professionl and on the ball at all times.
Thanks to the team we sold our property in five weeks and we’re delighted.
