Flawless service from McEwan Fraser
The service from McEwan Fraser was exceptional and flawless. Jay made the initial contact and talked us through the whole process and gave as all relevant advice.
Laura-Jane then dealt with the sale of our property and arranged all the viewings. We had feedback within a day of each viewing and were always kept up to date.
The team were available 7 days a week and were friendly and helpful.
We had an offer on our property within 5 weeks which we have accepted.
The service from McEwan Fraser was impeccable and we could not have asked for any better.
We would like to say a special thanks to Jay and Laura-Jane for all their help, support and professionalism with the sale of our home.

Excellent engagement from the start
Excellent engagement from the start. From the photography, to the manager Ken who was our main contact, to the sales team. Every single one of them was proactive, updating us constantly with the details of Information that was really helpful for our decision. We were able to reach everyone directly when needed and when it came to making difficult decisions like the price to sale, you got good guidelines and real case studies from Ken which really helped us to made the best decision.
I would really recommend them anytime any day.

Very professional photographer (Grant) who took his time to make sure the pictures he took were perfect. Didn't rush the job but ensured the settings, the light, the rooms etc were just right to produce an outstanding portfolio and present our guest house in its best light.

m really glad I choose McEwan Fraser Legal. They are professional, friendly, efficient and impressive.
Ken from Marketing spent an hour in our home, and gave us the confidence to believe it could attract a good price.
Elvira and her team amongst other things, were so efficient at scheduling all our viewers. Also, they ALL had the info at their fingertips to make us feel VERY reassured. Our offer came in and was dealt with on a Saturday, when other companies would have been closed.
Hadia, in the legal team was highly professional, always on top of everything and so accomodating of all my queries.
I did consider going with an online only estate agent & solicitor but I'm extremely grateful, I found MFL as I needed the security of a well known highly regarded company, and they lived up to that reputation very well. I remember looking at reviews while considering MFL and I can agree with what most of them said - - yes, they are a bit more expensive but it shows in the service you receive.
I think they go above and beyond the others. I really liked the progress indicator page I could tap int, to see how things were going. I used this a lot.
In TOTAL the fees plus extras for LEGAL AND MARKETING worked out at around 2% of the total sale price of the property. I'm satisfied with that, especially when comparing with what people pay for marketing only in other parts of the country / world.
There were little hiccups along the way, which is to be expected when selling a house, I do believe you get what you give - so it pays to be involved and available as the client.
I am delighted with the service received.
I would highly recommend them.
