Am comandat 2 produse de la Media Galaxy, au venit ambele dar doar unul din ele mi-a putut fi predat, celatat nu, mi s-a spus sa replasez comanda, după 2 zile am fost sunata cum că nu mai au produsul respectiv decât cel expus care este îndoit.

Horror, nu recomand Media Galaxy! Daca aveti un produs defect, acestia fac tot posibilul sa va duca cu zaharelul. Sa nu returneze nici banii, si sa nu inlocuiasca nici produsul, ci il trimit la service! Ramai fara banii dati si fara produs intre timp,iar calitatea personalului ramane de dorit! Ei vand imprimante, dar nu sunt in stare sa scoata o hartie la imprimanta! Lol! NU RECOMAND!

The tax refund for the phone I bought in April has not been made for 5 months. It is impossible to reach the authorities. I fill out the contact form on their website, but it is not delivered. Shopping from #mediagalaxy.ro is regrettable. I do not recommend.
Dissatisfying experience with my purchase and customer service
I got an IPhone a year ago and it isn’t working now. I went to the store in Baneasa shopping mall where I bought it to give it to the service. It has been 2 weeks, which is the time frame I was told to wait. They did not contact me back. I called them to see if there is any update, yet they always just transfer me. They told me that they’ll call me back but nothing happens. Every time I call, the same process all over again: I explain the situation, they tell me they will contact me back and nothing happens. Considering the fact that phone is a must to have now, I feel like I spent that much money relying on nothing. Customer service is not helpful and trustworthy. I am quite disappointed in my experience so far.

Worst experience ever. The support is horrilble, untrained personel. They don’t give a damn about your problem or your product. Don’t buy from them if you want to enjoy your product and your experience with support if you have problems with your product like i had. They don’t deserve even a star, again, worst experience ever buying online.
Costumer service treatment
On the 29th of December my son bought an UPS for his grandfather. Few days later, when they have opened the box ,they noticed that the item was cracked on the top of the case. After New Year, on the 2nd of January, my son took back the UPS to the shop. My son together with my mum,discussed with one member of the team and explained what happened.The worker took pictures of the item and told that they will inform mum when is ready to be collected and that will be 2 weeks time approx. Yesterday 12th of January, my mum received a text message which stated that she should go in Oradea at Media Galaxy store(Romania). When arrived, they have told her that they cannot accept the item back, as well they cannot give her a refund, and she cannot get another item in the value of the money. Plus the damage on the UPS is worse than it was!!! Currently me and my son are living in UK, I feel ashamed and disappointed because of how people are treated back home. The kindness and help is not given for free, unfortunately. I am very, very upset. I know and I am 100% sure that the team doesn't care about the costumers in that store, only about the income!!! The management of that store would've been done seriously if they would have not satisfy the requirements of the costumer in UK. They are doing this because they are in Romania and there the robbery is taking place everywhere. I am so disappointed ,because I am from that country and I see this happening whenever I go back home.

Worst company ever believe me. Dont buy anything from here. They have send me the wrong product. I asked them for my money back or a product that ive orderd. They tell me that my pc is broken ??? I ordered something from media galaxy online for over a week they never sent me a confirmation email about my order. I had to call them to find out what was going on only for them to tell me order hasn’t been confirmed for over A WEEK!!!. I decided to cancel order and get a refund and now I’m in a back to back conversation with them. I will call and be placed on hold for over 40mins to an hour only for a different customer service to email me about a dispatching an order I asked to cancel and refund. Since 5th of December till now I have spoken to different customer service people on my refund and all would place me on hold and some even cut the phone. I’m trying to get my refund of 420.03 which is £78 and they are proving difficult and impossible. I’m currently on the phone to them on hold it’s been an 1hr because I asked for an email to be sent confirming my refund. The man said he’s doing it and placed me on hold. They do this so that the customer will end the call and not be on the phone waiting for so long. I even said I’d tell the police and the customer service person said go on that I can do what I like. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

televizor luat in august din media galaxy mega mall bucuresti anul trecut cu 2 ani garantie + inca 2 garantie extinsa de la mediagalaxy, si in ianuarie anul asta m-am trezit cu o pata pe ecran de cativa mm. i-am contactat pe cei de la JUSTIT si mi-au spus pe mail ca se rezolva prin curatarea foliilor de dispersie si ca probabil e o particula de praf , iar daca nu e posibila curatarea se inlocuieste displayul sau dispozitivul. a fost trimis de 2 ori pana acum in serviceul lor pentru ca (tur -retur prin fan curier trimis de catre service ) de fiecare data a revenit cu aceeasi problema in zone diferite , ba chiar mai multe particule aparute , mentionez ca prima data l-au trimis fara 2 suruburi , cele de dedesuptul tvului la imbinarea cadranului.
dupa ce i-am contactat din nou pentru aceeasi problema, mi-au dat cu flit spunandu-mi ca nu vor sa il mai primeasca ca de la ei pleaca ok si ca oricum e imposibil de curatat perfect sa nu ramana vreo particula de praf. eu i-am intrebat de ce mi l-au luat in service daca stiau de acest risc , pentru ca daca stiam nu mi-l asumam si mai mult , m-au mintit ca daca nu se rezolva se inlocuieste displayul/dispozitivul si acum au dat-o la intors ca pentru astfel de probleme nu se inlocuieste , spunandu-mi ca daca particulele nu sunt aproape de centru si nu sunt mai mari de 2 milimetrii nu face obiectul serviceului. tin sa precizez ca de multe ori de-a lungul acestei experiente cu acest service am fost nevoit sa insist telefonic pentru ca pe mail nu mi s-a raspuns.
mi se pare total neprofesionalism abordarea acestui service avand in vedere ca de fiecare data televizorul s-a intors mai rau decat a fost trimis cu problema initiala - problema initiala o particula de praf , si de fiecare data s-a intors cu aproximativ 10-15 , mai mici majoritatea si cateva egale in dimensiune cu cea initiala , ca sa nu mai spun ca prima data cand a venit din service a venit fara 2 suruburi. totusi , ei refuza sa imi rezolve problema
am contactat si mediagalaxy si direct sony pentru aceasta problema si nu au binevoit sa ma ajute!
am facut si reclamatie la anpc , anpc mi-a spus sa revin la justit , pentru ca conform legii trebuie sa imi aduca produsul la conformitate. am transmis s la mediagalaxy si just it si s-au fauct ca ploua. am revenit la anpc cu a 2a sesizare , mi-au spus ca de data asta sa revin catre media galaxy sa rezolve problema - din nou am revenit si catre just it si mediagalaxy si problema nu a fost rezolvata.
acum la cateva luni dupa mi-a aparut o linie verticala de pixeli morti/blocati si acum justit ma duc la fel cu vorba!
asa ceva nu este posibil. in situatii asemanatoare au trecut si altii si daca se intampla cu emag , problema era rezolvata in ultima instanta de catre emag.

The worst experience ever. One star is too much. The service of this company (don't forget it is an Altex brand) is EXECRABLE.
You order an equipment from stock. When you go there to pick-up the equipment.... the first lye: the equipment isn't on stock. Ok, you pay for it and you start to wait for what you paid. After a few days you call them twice per days and they continue to lye you that everything is OK, you will receive the goods in the same day or tomorrow, but nothing happens. Then they lye you again saying that your phone number is wrong (even you call continuously from your right number) and they couldn't contact you. You escalate at the highest possible level (except the shareholders) and, after some reminders, finally you receive the goods. After the 11 days from advance payment.
My advice: avoid working with them if possible,. Do not pay in advance if possible, let them run for their money.

Great Customer Service In Media Galaxy Feeria
I purchased two items in Feeria shop (washing machine and electric oven) and it took a couple of days to decide about the brand and the specification of the products. I visited the shop several times and every time I received very polite and professional advice. Because my house is under refurbishment and I can't be home all time the sales assistant in the day of purchase extended himself and offered to me a very flexible solution (called me personally when the goods left the shop to be delivered. I was so surprised that I actually asked his name and decided to write a review which I normally don't do. For the record his name is Bogdan Gusatu and it's just proving the fact that any successful business is made by the people who work there and make an effort to keep the customers happy. Thank you!

I bought a product from the Media Galaxy - TOM Constanta on 15 jan 2018. The sales staff confirmed the product was complete and he had done all due diligence to make sure we get all the accessories in the box. I double checked with him to make sure everything is in the box as we came from 40 Km to purchase that product. He confirmed once again that everything is in the box so we trusted him and took the product.
At home I found the product incomplete, so I went back 40 Km to get a new product. I made a written complaint and on the form was stated to be resolved within 48hrs. The manager appeared to be apologetic in some way and she promised that I will receive a reply. I left my phone number and my email address as contact details but they didn't reply.
After 2 weeks I emailed again requesting a response to my complaint, what measures did they take in order to provide a better customer service in the future. I am still waiting for a reply from their customer services team.
This is a true example of how much Media Galaxy respect their customers. If I could rate my experience with NO STAR at all, #Mediagalaxy would receive this rating from me.
Worst customer service received, definitely will never go into their store. Avoid at all costs!
