I didnt sign up for this service
I didnt sign up for this service. They called me and I said I did not want the service, but I keep getting emails that say thank you for being a customer. And now I received this request to rate them on TrustPilot. Well.. I am telling you that this company seems to be scamming me. I called them and only got a recording. They never called me back. I also looked up reviews for this company, and there are a LOT of people that have signed up for the service and after they canceled the service, MerchantService.com continued charging them... I sure hope I never receive a bill from these crooks or they will be surely sorry when my legal team gets a hold of them.

Great service, delivery, and quality, product instructions hard to follow due to translation issues.
Service was good and delivery was on time. Product was excellent, qith quality exceeding my expectations. My only complaint is that the initial setup of the product was made difficult by the fact that the instructions had been poorly translated from Chinese to English, so it took a while to get it functioning the way I needed it to. Other than that, 5-star recommendation for sure!

I'm hoping that things have changed for the better. The last few times I called for a problem were hassle-free. Previously there were some issues, mainly with communication.

Does not respond to help with …
Does not respond to help with credit/debit card machine. Debit machine does not work. Every time someone puts in their pin # it comes back as invalid. I gave up calling about this 8 months ago as no one wanted to help. Also, rates are higher than several other companies and the monthly fees keep going up.

We never had your Merchant Account. We only sold you equipment. We would love to have your account though. It sounds like the PIN Debit Encryption key you are using does not work with your processor for the platform they have you on. This should be a simple fix. Bunch of thieves
Bunch of thieves. They have charged my account twice even after I cancelled it. They charged me in November and December and probably would've charged me in January if I wouldn't have notified my bank about fraud.
