They've continued to charge me for years even after multiple calls to explain that I no longer have service with the credit card company I was doing business with. I would never use their service again. They will not cancel the service without the credit company calling them and the credit company refuses do to a conflict over contract issues.

The service we've received for 3 or 4 years (all our years with Merchant Service) is very good. The only reason I haven't checked 5 stars is that I believe we could save money elsewhere.
