Mark arrived on time and promptly set to work sorting out the lagging in our loft. The job was not straightforward, dirty and in some areas well nigh impossible. Mark tackled it with good humour and common sense appraising us of the difficulties and the solutions. He finished in good time and arranged for all rubbish to be collected. He is a terrific person with a lovely demeanour. We are more than happy with the work he has done and can now relax and feel confident that our pipes and tanks are well protected for the winter. Thank you Mark it was great to meet you.

We reported a leaking toilet to British Gas home care and within the hour an DYNO engineer, Simon Frampton arrived. The problem was dealt with professionally and efficiently with clear explanation and promptly resolved. Simon was most helpful and personable, we would fully recommend this service as 5 star!

Engineer Frank Matthews was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the kitchen tap I purchased for the job was faulty and he provided a similar tap to what was there before. He confirmed if I was happy with the replacement before installation. I'm happy with the service.

Frank Matthew’s, an ethical gentleman with ingrained and inherent customer service. Frank is phenomenal in the services he provides and an invaluable asset for Metserve / Dyno. His 30 plus years as an experienced plumber is evident through his professional workmanship and post remediation clean up which exceeds his customers expectations.

In less than one hour after reporting a significant water leak in my property as an emergency to British Gas HomeCare, a DYNO plumbing engineer arrived. He diagnosed the problem. This required a tricky repair which was undertaken by two colleagues next morning. They did an excellent job and restored a normal water flow within 20 hours of my report. They were very pleasant, explained their actions, and were careful not to damage my property. I cannot fault them-excellent service!

Very professional and friendly staff. Engineer did an excellent job on fitting a new bathroom radiator and kitchen sink mixer tap.Very tidy workmanship.

When issues happened with one part not fixing fault was able to bar continuity with same plumber to sort the problem at at later date. Very friendly and explained everything

Our stopcock was leaking quite badly.We phoned Metserve Dyno and within one hour Esmond,your engineer was here. We asked if he could put a new stopcock in as it leaked everytime we had to turn it off.He didn’t have the part on the van but made a temporary fix and came back 2 days later and very soon we had a brand new stopcock . Esmond was very polite and did a very professional and slick job.
