I was visited by Mr Jack Fowler this morning, he phoned prior to arriving and said about w what time he thought he would arrive. He arrived early and completed the job efficiently and explained what he was doing and answered any questions I asked. Prior to leaving he cleaned up.

We had our second visit this time to put a new cartridge on the shower as the hot and cold water was hard to set. The lime scale in the water had eroded it over the time. Simon had been out to sort the one in the bath, the customer service we received yet again from Simon was second to none. He also fitted a descaler so this would sort all the issues with the limescale. We can’t speak highly enough of Simon, does his job brilliantly and such a nice guy. Job JB5819823. Jason, the Engineer went way above our expectations to resolve our problem. He was here until nearly 9pm, giving us hot water and central heating. Unfortunately there appears to be a leak on the system, consequently we lost hot water and central again.

We were very lucky to have Jack Fowler round to deal with our plumbing issue.
He was AMAZING! 5 ⭐️

Aaron Fletcher was excellent, all work was completed and now taps works without leaks. Friendly and polite and explained everything to us very well.

Jack Waite was my engineer he was a really nice young man, the jobs were not easy but he. Just got on with them.he is a credit to your firm. Very respectful he even sorted a leak we did not know we had. It’s comforting to know your staff are nice especially as we are old pensioners. Thank you Jack. And Dyno.

I would like to leave a review for the plumber Steve Jordan who attended my property to repair pipework from toilet to soil pipe.

Toilet was getting blocked every 4-6 weeks. Absolute nightmare!.

The work was particularly difficult due to access, and took many hours to complete, but throughout the entire job he remained steadfast, professional, and extremely hardworking. He approached the problem with patience and determination, and his knowledge and skill were very clear to see.
He did not rush the job and made sure everything was repaired properly and working correctly before leaving.

I was very impressed with his professionalism, attitude, and the quality of his workmanship. He was polite, and clearly very good at his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done. (As a BGas, Electric/ plumbing /Boiler service homecare customer of 22years he is one of best Tradesmen that has attended to any breakdown issues that my family have dealt with.

Stefan was very professional, when he walked in he listened to what i had to say about the leak and followed on with the repairs. After completing the repair he made me aware of the work carried out. The work area was clean when I inspected after the work had been completed and I am very happy for that. Thank you Stefan. Hope to see only you again in the future when I call for a repair

Olly came to fix our kitchen sink waste fitting today. He did an excellent professional job, explaining what he was doing as he went along. He made sure that there were absolutely no leaks after changing it out, staying on to replace the overflow which was quite a challenge after the original kitchen installers appear to have glued the screw holding the overflow in place. He also made sure that he cleared up after he completed the work. 10 out of 10 Olly!

I logged an engineer visit at 7.15 pm and Simon arrived just after 9. He identified the problem with my leaking toilet, told me what it was and what he was going to do.

Replaced all faulty parts and now everything is working as it should.

Frank Matthews did a splendid job fixing some old taps that were leaking and replaced one which was very old and was spraying everywhere anytime I tried to wash my hands. He also went the extra mile to see if he could improve the water pressure in the kitchen. What a chap! 5 stars for sure.

I am a disabled person and there was a split in the main water tank. As soon as Metserve Dyno Engineer arrived, they assessed the situation and then put everything in motion to get a new tank installed as quickly as possible. The engineer was very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and helpful. It was an exceedingly good experience. Well done.
