I can also see that you've reached out for support on our live chat service, and one of our team members had helped with resolving this case for you!
I wanted to share some information for the website navigation, just to help in the future. Any items that are in stock will have a green tick indicating that we have these at our distribution warehouse, ready for orders 🙂
Any items that are not in stock, will have an orange tick, normally with a date advising when these will be available - For the item that was holding this back, I can see at the time of ordering this was listed as "Stock due 16th Nov"
Our goal is to make the shopping experience as seamless as possible, which is monitored and updated regularly each day, to ensure this goal is achieved 🙌
As you are also now aware, if you've any queries, you can always speak with the team directly, and we can assist where possible!

Only 50% refund.....
We returned a console table after taking considerable effort to repack the parts the same way they had arrived, only for MFI to reduce our refund to 50% of the purchase price with no explanation whatsoever.

All delivery prices are calculated through the size and weight of the parcel, and I am sorry if you found these prices too expensive for the service.

The table I ordered is robust and well…
The table I ordered is robust and well made but the finish is poor. The table has a surface coating but is too rough, so it needed thoroughly sanding and recoating, The tiny bottle of varnish stain that came with the table is totally inadequate. Also, it is unclear where the product is coming from. I had multiple emails that looked like they could be a scam, with a different supplier company name (Mir & Co) rather than Royalcraft which was the brand on the actual table. Neither company name was clearly stated on the MFI website.

Excellent customer service!
Due to having issues with FedEx who was holding on to my order for over a week despite leaving messages with FedEx nothing was clear with what was happening with my order. Frustrated I reached out MFI via email. Surprisingly they got back to me pretty quick via phone. Jade Sutton (from MFI)called me and was very helpful, she was very empathetic and professionally handled the situation. She informed me that she will re-order the item i have been waiting for and have my old order get sent back to them. She even asked what day I would prefer for my order to be delivered to me. I recieved my new order the day I requested for! I then received a call from another assistant from MFI, (Chris Holding) to check wither I recieved my order. I was very pleased with their communication both via phone and email and how it was handled so quickly. It was very refreshing to have experienced such good customer service, I want to sincerely thank them both for handling this so professionally. Wishing them good luck and much success. A happy customer 😊
