Excellent customer services
My experience with this company has been nothing but excellent. Sadly the table didn't meet my expectations but the return process has been super easy. Victoria Mansfield and Jade Sutton made the process quick, easy, were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely purchase again despite the issue with the coffee table.

Wrong bedsheet was sent out and I broke the hygiene seal before realising, but 5 mins on live chat and Chris Holding arranged for the correct sheet to be sent out next day delivery, no return necessary. Great service.

I bought two Clara Table lamps for £85…
I bought two Clara Table lamps for £85 each which other stores were selling for an average £120 going up to £175 per lamp. The delivery was within 48 hours and the Lamps were very well packaged and arrived intact which is a huge bonus these days . I highly recommend MFI to anyone considering buying anything online. Excellent service.

Bought the Which best buy mattress sleepsoul heaven and got it for £230 which is cheaper than on Which’s prices for the mattress. Would have give five stars but didn’t let me use PayPal checkout even though it’s on the site as an option.
