Amazing quality headphones when they arive, took about 2 weeks. The product I received was faulty with only one earbud working. Was told I could return them once the returns team got in contact. 1 month in counting, still no communication despite messageing several times.

Items did not arrive. Still no message confirming a refund. When customer service eventually replies, it asks for bizarre things. Customer service only responded after being informed I was raising it with my credit card for a refund.

There is no way to contact customer support on their website. This is the second pair of these i have had and they are so temperamental. The left bud has just stopped working and the right has bad quality echoey sound.

Cancelled my order before dispatch as already received earbuds from my daughter. They processed the cancellation but kept my money. Absolute scumbags, avoid at all costs.
Delayed delivery so returned item still waiting for a refund.
Waited 3 weeks for them to be delivered. Ended up buying something else having waited so long as they were a christmas present. I contacted them via the chat function several times to find out when they would be delivered... no response... so I then used the chat function to request the order be cancelled... still no response. In the meantime I read the reviews on trust pilot & realised they weren't worth having anyway. Then received an email from Mifo & Evri to say they were being delivered. I requested that they be delivered to an Evri collection point and didn't collect them, so they were returned a week later. No response from Mifo yet with regards to them being returned & a refund being processed. Avoid this company and save your money & time! I writing this review via an automated email request from Mifo but I don't suppose they will read it... but hopefully it will stop someone else being ripped off. I didn't read the reviews before I ordered them as I had bought a pair for myself in 2021 and was pleased with them.
Submitted this review direct to mifo website... but as all their published reviews are 5 stars I don't suppose mine will appear there.

Having bought these on 3 previous occasions, the 4th set never sat correctly in the charging case meaning they would auto connect to phone when I didn’t want them to and would never charge as designed. An email with video attached showing this was accepted by their ‘customer services’ team who vowed to replace the faulty product. Then they completely ‘ghosted’ me, never replying to my emails. No contact numbers to ring. Don’t buy these as they won’t refund you even if they accept they create and sell faulty products

Similarly to others' experience, the company promised a 3-5 day delivery... 3 weeks later they arrive. Before they were shipped (visible on the Shop app), I said that I don't want the product anymore, and wish to receive a refund.
No response from customer service, until after the product arrived, saying "hope it works well"...
I read on their policy that they can't fully refund if you open the shrink wrap, and so am keeping it unopened until they refund.

It is a scam
I cannot put zero as the system does not allow me otherwise zero is already too much. I bought a pair of earbuds. After almost 1 month, my order is not here even if the website was claiming a 3-5 days delivery. I contacted the customer service via chat and email: the customer service is not responsive at all. Since my order was not shipped yet, I asked for a cancel&refund. The customer service keeps quiet. It is pure scam. Do not waste your money.
Absolutely joke
Absolutely joke. I have emailed this company about 5 times and never had a reply. The earbuds that I brought, one of them is broken and still under warranty. No reply and do I can not use them. I would not suggest to anyone to buy from here as customer service is non existing and the earphones are not cheap.

Never arrived. Sham company. Read the reviews before making the same mistake as I and many have. Bank is now getting involved for a dispute. There’s no customer service and the online chat is never online.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Offered me a deal for a set of Mifo 5 earbuds and then charged me for 2. Tried to contact to cancel the order but cannot get hold of them through any form of contact. Having to go through my bank to raise a dispute. Avoid!!
Zero response from customer service
Zero response from customer service when requesting to return the product and get a full refund. Product still in original unopened packaging arrived a few says ago.
Scam company, scam earbuds don't work
Earbuds were delivered and failed to work from the start with bluetooth dropping out within 10 seconds of starting playback.
The factory reset process as described in their manual did not work, so I contacted them and requested a return/refund.
They took a week to reply and gave me instructions for a factory reset. I replied that I had already tried everything they were advising and that it had not worked.
Several days later, I received another reply with instructions for a factory reset, again I replied saying I had done this and requesting a return/refund.
I then heard nothing for another week, so I wrote again (all this was by email), demanding a return and refund.
That's where we stand nearly 3 weeks after I received the earbuds. I don't hold out much hope of a refund, and the earbuds don't work.
Very poor to non existent customer service
The product looks good - sturdy and high quality but the customer service is non existent. I received them and decided they weren't for me so contacted the EU email address for return information which took a week to get back to me. I confirmed that I met the return conditions and need to understand the process and return address - that was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting.
Advice - only buy the product if you are 100% sure and you are unlikely to want to return them.

Terrible company I had faulty ear buds and I sent them back 2 months ago now no ear buds and they won’t respond please avoid!!!
Charging is AWFUL
I have had these headphones for a year and a half and have hardly used them.
They never charge in the case properly and always connect to my phone when in the case which is incredible frustrating. The charging lights continuously flicker in the case unless I hold them down. defiantly would NOT recommend

I ordered headphones after having a previous good experience with them. I paid for 2-5 business day delivery. After over a week they hadn't arrived so I contacted to cancel. I was told it would be looked into. The order got dispatched and was apparently too late to cancel. I had by this time bought alternatives. They arrived 3 weeks later. I have tried instigating a return and refund but my emails are now ignored. A dreadful company. I wish I'd checked here first to see how much this company has gone downhill.
