I have been a Minibrew customer since 2021 and the level of Support is one of the best I have ever received from any vendor. If only larger organisations cared this much about their customers!!!

As a craft beer fan, I always been interested in learning more about brewing beer and being able to recreate some of my favourite beers in my own kitchen.
However, I live in an apartment and my wife has always been dead against the idea of home brewing.
She likes a beer herself but she hates the odours associated with brewing and was worried about me making a big mess in the kitchen.
The Minibrew caught my attention years ago but it is a bit niche of a set-up and not a cheap option to learn how to brew. I was a bit concerned with the long delivery estimates and potential import duties since I’m based in the UK.
The support team at Minibrew were able to assure me on my concerns and I’m so glad that I finally bite the bullet and purchased one when the Generation 3 machines became available earlier this year.
I received regular updates from the company on the progress and the delivery went very smooth with the machine, additional keg and accessories packaged carefully.
My first brewing experiences where completed using the dedicated brewpacks. This was a great way of learning basics of the brewing process and the specifics of the machine.
For me, the real benefit is the pro membership which allows users to create their own recipes. I love this tool as it allows me to “clone” recipes that are shared by more experienced users (and create very nice beers).
It is amazing to be able to replicate the processes used in a professional brewery on a small scale on your kitchen counter, with software-controlled mashing, boiling and fermentation. I use the portal via the web browser on my mobile phone and receive notifications when a user action is needed. It will also tell me when the next action is due.
The process is quite clean and doesn’t create a mess. There is a bit of odour during mashing/boiling but it doesn’t leave the kitchen smelling like a brewery afterwards which means that my wife is tolerating my new hobby.
This really is a unique system for small scale full control all grain brewing and I’m absolutely loving it!!
It makes for a relaxed experience on brew day 😊. Well done team Minibrew!!
Also a shout-out to the support team. They have shown a lot of patience answering my questions and their support is second to none. I had a small issue with the clean in place container but the issue was diagnosed correctly and I received a replacement part free of charge and without any hassle.

I have received great response from Minibrew and therefore have changed my rating. It feels like they really take their responsibility, and I feel great confidence in the company Minibrew.
The communication with the support has worked well, but the company Minibrew is unable to return, transport and deliver back my repaired brewer.
First I had to wait two years for the delivery of the brewing machine. When I finally got it home and was going to do the cleaning program, the brewer stopped working after a short while on April 16th. I quickly received digital support and help, but the machine remained unusable. A repair case was created, and I was asked to send the brewer back. Even though I was supposed to get a free return slip via a link, only payment options appeared. To speed up the process, I paid for the return myself.
I sent the brewer away and the repair took almost a week. I was offered a new brewer instead of waiting for the repair and accepted that offer, but no new machine arrived and I was given no explanation as to why. On June 10th I was told that the repair was complete and that the brewer would be sent back within a few days. Now almost a month has passed and I still haven't received the brewer back. I just get a bunch of excuses but no delivery notice.
I received the Minibrewer on April 15th and still haven't brewed any beer at the beginning of July.

In den Anzeigen wird immer noch mit den Bildern mit der Abdeckung aus Holz geworben, welches dem ganzen Produkt einen hochwertigen Touch verleiht. Erhalten habe ich die scheinbar "neue" Version mit einer billigen Plastik-Abdeckung

I've always wanted to craft my own beer, but I do not have time for another hobby. I thought that MiniBrew would be the answer.
And oh boy, I was right! I was shocked by the small amount of time I used to create my first beer. The MiniBrew cleaning process is on another level: it cleans itself, and other parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
To be honest, I am still in positive shock about this wonderful machine! If you have no time, hate cleaning up the mess, but you want to have your own beer - I truly recommend it.
And Customer Service - stellar!

Really good support! I had a hardware issue after 1.7 years use and it was covered by the 2 year warranty without any discussion. They even sent and new keg instead of waiting when they had a temporary outage of spare parts!

I bought the first edition of the Minibrew. Was perfect! I love it. The support is fast and very useful. The only thing I ask to add is the possibility to make changes at the recipe during the brewing. If I need to change the yeast for example because I changed idea, is not possible if you already started to brew... I like it but I need more control.

Great support, so far I always got my issues solved quickly and efficiently. Obviously it would be nicer to not have issues, but I won't be picky when the support is that good

The Supportquality is outstanding. They reply fast and always go the extra mile.
They do absolutely nothing:
- I ordered my brewing kit on April 20th 2022. Has not been delivered since.
- I tried to cancel my order for months and months, but they keep saying it is not possiple. What company does not let you cancel an order?
- When I ask for a refund they simply say it is not possible. Even though their terms of use specifically says it is possible.
I would not advice anyone to order anything from these guys - not even my worst enemy.

MiniBrew "Peace of mind" Service is similar quality and outstanding - a faulty part is replaced with a new - without any tedious back and forth.
