I ordered the machine 1 year ago, with the promise that I would be delivered within 3 months. After 2 months, I got an email saying that It would take another 3, for which I asked a refund. They told me that in the small letters of the contract, says that they can KEEP your money for 40 weeks, which is stated, but I didn't communicate to a lawer back then and decided to wait.Now a year has passed, asked my money back, I got an answer that they might be able to send me an old version of the machine, but said no, I want my money back and waited for a year for this. After 10 days, they still didn't answer any of my emails.
I'm forced to start a legal demand with my lawer now.
I strongly advise anyone considering buying something from them, not to.
Update:The company contacted me the day after my public complaint here. Mentioned that they were going to refund me..so far nothing (3/4 days have passed)
Final Update: got reimbursed after 12 days.
My conclusion is that people who got the machine, seems to be satisfied about it. This is, if you are willing to wait a year or more for delivery. Also if you accept the fact they keep your money for a year.
Last remark, not quite happy with the reimbursement management, felt that they paid attention to me when making noise in trust pilot. Something they have to work on.

Good customer service but the shipping was late by 4 weeks and wasn’t shipped until after I contacted seller.

After there was a small issue Minibrew did a very good job to solve it as soon as possible!

It took 5 years to receive receive the minibrew and the shipping for the brew kit is about $300. So, the brew kit is about $25. With $300. Shipping? So, it is sitting in the box taking up space in my garage.

Right up front: The MiniBrew system is excellent!
I have meanwhile five kegs and brewd so far nearly 50 beers with them. No issues, now flaws, great beer, easy to handle. If you know how, you are able to tweak the brewing process to your likings.
However, I ordered one additional MiniBrew keg and it took 18 months for delivery. During the time I was told a few times, that the keg is now in stock and it will ship soon, but nothing happened.
And when it was finally shipped, it was shipped to my old address, which I changed in the MiniBrew order system twice and then, in addition I told the warehouse to be aware of the new address in a different e-mail, too. Did not work...
So, all in all, product is excellent, service is crap!
It's a great machine that makes excellent beer. Customer service is responsive and top notch.

Again, top service. MiniBrew takes more after-sales responsibility than other companies I know. They are always trying to find an answer or solution to the question.
That helps in trusting the product but thats not the reason why I bought a 3rd smartKeg. I just love to brew on the MB: maximum control resulting in quality beers with full creative options to design your own beers and learn from them. The smaller size keg (or brews up to 6L) seems a disadvantage but to me it is actually an opportunity to brew more often and diverse. With 3 smartkegs I can now easely compare 3 brews (brewed in the same s
day) changing the recepy only a bit and learn the effect of different yeast or temperature by few degrees and knowing all the rest is consistendly controled by MB. The MB may seem expensive at first glance but realise that the MB is very complete and dont need extras that add up as with a lot of other systems. And about the 6L: I brew in a city centre but only need 1m2 to ferment with 3 Kegs = 18L on my attic. And another 1m2 for storage. If you want (quantity) beer for a party: buy beer. If you want beer to your taste and liking, and learn from it: buy MiniBrew and start your journey! You can always show off with your quality MB beers at that party anyway...cheers

I had just a short question according shipping documents. Like every time contacting the MinBrew support Team, they replied very, very quick and competent, to answer any open issue. Nice Team and nice machine. I really like to create my own beers with equipment.
