I bought my minibrew second hand and to my surprise some parts were not present. I therefore contacted comstumer service and was helped immediately.

I have modified this review from 1 star to 4 stars as although it has taken a while minibrew have now sent me two brand new kegs to replace my faulty ones. I think this demonstrates how committed they are to ensure they maintain a high reputation. Im sure a lot of companies would have just accepted the bad review and ignored me, so well done minibrew. I am on holiday for a few weeks but can't wait to come back and get some brews going ready for christmas.
It is with reluctance that I have resorted to writing this review as initially I thought this system was brilliant and well worth the money and subscription costs. Alas my delight has now turned to despair! I purchased a minibrew system with two kegs a while ago and after about 18 month (Sept 21) I experienced and reported some cooling issues with both kegs (1st disappointment) . After some investigation minibrew agreed there was a problem and were going to arrange for both kegs to be returned for repair. Eventually, after 7 month, following numerous chasing from myself collection was arranged and the kegs sent for repair in April 22 (2nd dissapointment). After lots more chasing and another 3 months passing (3rd disappointment) I received my kegs back following their repair. However, additional items I ordered (and paid for) to be returned with my kegs did not arrive as promised (4th disappointment). In addition one of the kegs was returned with a damaged fan housing (5th disappointment). This left me with 1 keg to use and having now used it a few times the initial cooling problem remains as it can't get below about 10-14DegC (6th disappointment). Having reported these issues minibrew promised to send a new keg to replace the one that was damaged, and acknowledged that there remained an issue with the one that was usable and supposed to be fixed. Since then they have stopped responding (7th disappointment) to my request for an update on how they are going to address my issues.
I have documented evidence to back up all of these claims
As of today my outstanding issues are; 1) my damaged keg has yet to be replaced, 2) my other keg still has the cooling issue & 3) Items I have ordered and paid for have not been dispatched.
I hope I am wrong, but I now believe that I am being deliberately ignored and that minibrew have no intention of delivering the after care and warranty service they claim to provide.
If you are thinking about buying this item then if it is fault free you are probably buying one of the best all in one homebrew systems available but beware if it develops a fault you may be wasting a lot of money, since minibrew do not seem capable of honouring their warranty or providing the level of aftercare service they claim!

Always a fast respons when contacting the support. Great machine for recipe-testing small batches. So easy to use. Can't wait to taste my first 3 beers, to see the difference between this machin and the bigger kettles

My machine lost connection during brewing session. After one week I am still unable to connect. The support cannot help either. Without connection I can't even run the cleaning session. It is weird that there is not a basic control panel on the machine for this kind of situation. I think that such a simple task have to be possible offline.

I had problem with my brewing with craft recipe. Technical support fixed it with reasonable time.
I don´t know any other so easy brewing device or kit, with what brewing would be so simple.

I have received the machine reasonably fast. There is a big community on facebook and discord, and the build quality and amount of thought that did go into this machine is amazing. Support is great.

The MiniBrew support is second to none - I really wish dealing with other companies was as pleasant. They are consistently responsive and helpful - they have had supply chain issues and post-Brexit customs issues - but who hasn't.... oh - and MiniBrew makes great beer too
Pre-order batch 5 and got good help, information and updates about how we could proceed with the shipment. Had some issues with DHL(not any fault or problem from MiniBrew-team) that they even tried to help us solve.
After our first brewing session was about to start, we hit some problems with wifi/process of the brewing, but got quick and always good help from the team at MiniBrew.
Even after we ran into some additional problems with our brewing, we got excellent support and help from the team.
The issues we had were pretty much at our own hands, so no issues with the software/hardware so far :)
Happily brewing(waiting to first batch to complete) and waiting eargerly to start more batches :)

I see that there are a lot of positive reviews and I was very excited about the MiniBrew initially. Unfortunately, mine has been a very aggravating, disappointing experience.
I ordered the Craft Pro system on May 2nd. At the time, shipping was meant to begin at the end of June. Having heard nothing and with the summer holidays approaching, I contacted MiniBrew and was told that my machine would ship at the end of August. First delay.
By early September, with no response from MiniBrew, I contacted them again only to be told that there were delays and it would be more like the end of September. On October 2nd, 5 months later, I was told that the long wait was over. I was thanked for my patience.
With still no machine in sight, no tracking information, etc., I contacted them again on October 23rd and was simply told that it hadn't shipped yet.
On November 14th, with still no news, I asked for a refund. There was a quick apology and I was told that there had been a problem with the address, which is highly unlikely as I had already received the starter kit. I was told that the problem had been rectified, but that there were currently no systems available. Amazing, I thought. Where has mine gone, then?
I was told that I couldn't be refunded, but that I could return the system if I was unsatisfied or refuse shipment. When I looked into this, it seemed that I would then have to pay for the return shipping, which would mean that I would pay for shipping twice (round trip) and have no system.
On November 17th, I informed MiniBrew of this small problem and added that unless they could guarantee delivery (not shipment) in two weeks time, I would have to ask for a full refund, which I hoped they would understand.
Finally, on November 21st, I was told that Finance had refunded my order. After almost 7 months, at last there could be a solution, not a happy one, but at least closure.
It is now December 10th, more than 7 months, and I still have not been refunded…
If I could give no stars, I would. My impression is that if their internal communication is that bad and their shipping and supply chain that slow and confused, my only deduction is that they have serious financial difficulties. This can happen from time to time, but transparency and communication are key and a company cannot make its clients wait 7 months and more and still not offer a refund.

Product is literally awesome. Made 2 beers with it so far and making 3rd now. First beer went smoothly, and when I hit a snag with the second, support was super helpful and had be me back up brewing quickly.
