The chip fryer is amazing and service was excellent

I ordered a coffee machine which was delivered on time. I received text messages with updates about the expected delivery date which were really useful.

Very good service fast delivery polite and quality goods reccomend

Excellent service and great product.

Fantastic service, requested next day delivery at 11.30 and generator arrived at 8.30 next morning!

Before making a purchase I had questions; about stock, delivery and specifically about using the Green Gear LPG generator in a domestic setting as opposed to industrial use. The rapid response to my questions was factual, helpful and - regarding delivery, turned out to be totally accurate. Most suppliers promise great customer service, but Mobcater Catering actually deliver it..!!!

Very quick delivery, a really nice piece of kit.

Useless from start to finish,
I like it that your reply relates to Fracino and NOT your useless service, I don't have any issue with manufacturer delays etc - what I do take issue with is your complete lack of communication about it!!!!! All you do is send out generic emails stating the order is complete when it quite obviously isn't! You're happy to take the money, your customer service (and I use the term loosely) is appalling - our order is STILL not complete even now! As I said - USELESS. Avoid at all costs.

Great service, arranged for me to collect the same day as was stuck. Love this generator, so economical! Saving me over £100 from the petrol generator we had

Ordered a generator last minute and needing it the next day, guy on the phone was brilliant. He took my number and called me straight back after he’d made sure it was in stock and available for next day collection. Great service.

Excellent service had a problem with an item ordered exchanged straight away and collection of faulty product collected at the same time. Would highly recommend this company

Easy to order and kept us informed about an issue with the equipment that was being rectified by the manufacturer
