Worst possible, first they convinced me to do a 15 year dmp where a debt relief was the obvious solution. They are pushing for DMP as there is where their comission is, keep this in mind when calling them.

They are impossible to reach and when you reach them is like talking to todlers and trying to explain simple concepts.

They have a don't give a crap attitude, don't know what they're doing, they are sending documents late etc

Friendly, well informed and effective.

DRO form was missing details, I called to add my 2nd car and was told no need to add but stepchangebstated it has to be included to be protected! That left me with unknown situation as I might have my car clamped or my wife's one.

They made the process which could have been awful so simple and they were friendly and helpful from the start and I never felt the shame I thought I would.

Couldn't fault anything they way they made me feel comfortable and the stuff are great help.. I was so worried at the start before I made the call but they made me feel at ease and all I can say it brilliant 👏

My Experience with the company is
•1 They took ther time to understand what it is you need sorting

•2 If you don't understand them they will play a voice recod for you to pick from

•3 They will Go through what is best for you to get the right help for you to Choose from.

•4 The staff have a very good customer service.

•5 and if you need any other help with like mental heath are housing They will send you the right information for you to get help with other things that is going on in your life.

•6 you might find that you are speaking with different people from other organisations that do the same thing but to make sure your needs is handled with the right people in the company.

•7 And I am happy to say my situation is been sorted.

I am so grateful to money wellness, the help, advice and understanding was excellent.

Up until now I have had no issues with this company but now I'm finding that they are missing appointments and then saying that my plan will close unless I contact then. BUT HOW. I've called then, I get put in a queue and still waiting for a call back, there is only one number to call. I've e mailed them and no reply. I'm very dissappointed with this now low level of service. I'm doing as they ask, but they are not doing their bit.

A few delays and problems with correspondence but overall very helpful

The service I received was marvellous - I was led through the entire process, all of my questions were answers and I am confident that the outcome was the best option available.
