Referred from step change to handle DRO whole process took a week ( because I needed a new bank account). Once the application was sent it took 48 hrs. Staff are respectful and willing to answer any questions

My name is josef cook ive done a debt plan with stepchange for a (DRO) I COMPLETED IT THE WAS PUT ON TO MONEY WELLNESS IVE GIVEN ALL DOCUMENTS AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO FINALISE MY DEBT RELIEF ORDER FOR 9am 14/9/26 MONEY WELLNESS HAS NOT PHONED ME WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE TO COMPLETE MY (DRO) IVE PHONE THEM FOR HOURS AND HOURS BUT BEING CUT OFF OR CALL DROPS AND JUST LEFT ON HOLD FOR HOURS (17 PHONE CALLS NONE OF THEM ANSWERED)CAN YOU GET MONEY WELLNESS TO RING ME ASAP ON (××××××××××÷) RECERENCE- FD149827
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN ME CONTACTING THE (FOS) FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN SERVICES.
VERY BAD SERVICE FROM MONEY WELLNESS THIS IS HAVING A VERY BAD IMPACT ON MY FINANCIAL SITUATION. Update another PHONE CALL MISSED MY apointment by money welness 17/9/26 at 9am THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND I DONT RECOMMEND THESE FOR DEBT ADVICE TO MANY COMPLAINTS ON HERE SAME AS MINE, THEY MISLEAD YOU AND ONLY TELL YOU TO SUIT WHATS BEST FOR THEM, YOU CAN NOW CLOSE MY CASE I NO- LONGER WANT YOUR SERVICES ITS A WAIST OF TIME. GO TO STEPHANGE THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER. Dated 19/9/26 (AVOID) (AVOID) JUST READ THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BY OTHER UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS STILL HAVING PROBLEMS. Reply back from money welness is total out of order never mentioned anything about my 17 calls that i couldnt get through and when they got my new number they was 1 hour and 30 miniutes late again one ecuse after another i had another appointment today at 11.am there have missed this call as well it is now 11.28am ? No soory was given i will go with someone that i can trust and after seing the complaints against money welness i wont be needing you service any longer close my case

EXCELLENT experience. The people I spoke to were fantastic, friendly, helpful and kind. I have issues with my mental health and talking to people about money has always been a huge problem but they made it easy
