Professional and efficient customer service

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently Samantha solved my issue. It made my day. It was easy to communicate with her and I could not be happier.

The company is Morning Save and there was a defect in the product I ordered. Samantha was very
proficient in handling Customer Service issues. Samantha handled the problem in a timely fashion. Yes I would recommend the Company to others.

The item that I ordered did not work, but the customer support that I received from Caitlin to resolve the issue made up for the inconvenience.

I had an issue with the flashlights that I ordered. I didn’t quite understand it first I wasn’t sure whether they said that I didn’t have to return them. So I sent another email asking them to please explain it to me. Carlin got back to me in a very timely manner and let me know that I did not have to return the product. I have gotten my questions answered by Caitlin in the past in a very timely manner, and she has always been very explanatory and has solved all my problems.
