There was an issue with the delivery of my order. My suspicion is that it was delivered to the wrong address. Even though a few weeks have passed, Jessica refunded the cost. That was really a pleasant surprise that I was not expecting.
I will definitely continue doing business with MorningSave.

I bought an LED face mask from morning save which I saw advertised on TV. I was very excited to try it and really liked the way it felt. Unfortunately after about my fifth use the metal piece that you plug the charging cord into on the mask itself fell out and I was unable to charge the mask. I contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures to show them what happened. I was in touch with Caitlin who is providing with a new mask..no charge

We ordered a covered pan from MorningSave. When the order arrived the lid was dented and would not fit properly. Contacted MorningSave and within 24 hours Caitlin got back to us and we were given a full refund. We appreciated the fast response and Caitlin was great.
