Made buying a home feel easy!
We had a fantastic experience with Caryl and couldn't recommend her highly enough.
As we were buying the house we had been renting and are in our 40s, we knew our mortgage options would be more limited. From the very beginning, she took the time to listen to our circumstances and what we needed, then searched for the best mortgage available for us.
She handled all the hard work, from completing the application to submitting it and liaising with the mortgage lender throughout the process.
Caryl set up a WhatsApp group with us and this made communication so much easier. We could ask questions or get support whenever we needed it, and she was always incredibly quick to respond, which gave us real peace of mind.
Even after our mortgage was approved, during the wait to completion on the house Caryl continued to check the interest rates on the mortgage and then secured rates for us when they lowered, resulting in us now paying a lower monthly repayment than our initial approved mortgage offer. Caryl continued to support us by liaising with our solicitors to help keep everything moving smoothly.
The whole process was far less stressful thanks to her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. We genuinely felt supported every step of the way, and we're so grateful for everything she did to help us buy our first home together. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caryl to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

Lee’s product knowledge is phenomenal and he took great care and patience when talking through the current market and products available, answering each of my questions and fears of the hike in rates from my original deal. I couldn't recommend Adam enough!
I am a first time buyer and so it was really helpful that Adam was so knowledgeable on the whole process and was very supportive throughout. We used Lee to obtain a second mortgage to release some equity in our home to provide security while on maternity leave. Lee was really knowledgeable about the whole process and was always quick off the mark with our mortgage provider and solicitor. 10/10 Would recommend.
