Spare keys fit perfectly
I inherited a trunk with no keys that fitted my winter clothes nicely, but accidentally locked it while moving it around. I bought spare keys after scrutinising pictures of trunks on the website, and they fit perfectly.. I will not be cold after all!

Very late and poor quality
The item arrived much later than the date they told me. No communication to explain why it was incredibly late. I had to chase repeatedly. Then the item arrived and it was spoiled. There is a rectangular patch on the top and irregular patches (I already purchased the item a few years ago so I know what it is meant to look like). Customer service were dismissive. I am very disappointed. My daughter was so looking forward to it.

We only have one email on record that we received requesting an update on your order, which our customer service team promptly replied too. With regards to the quality, as stated in the email sent by our customer service team the pattern you are seeing is due to the material that our printed designs are printed onto and the overlay that is laminated onto it to protect the print.

Whilst ordering through the website was slightly confusing as it would not confirm the colour, size or customisation options I’d chosen this was quickly resolved by phoning the company who confirmed the order swiftly and efficiently. Would definitely use again.
