We were given one of these trunks and it been accidentally locked soon after receiving it and our benefactors had lost the keys a long time ago. I didn’t want to just throw it out or break the lock. But lo and behold the original manufacturer was able to supply new ones for us. Great service and prompt response.

I love my industrial Queen trunk in stone cream leather grain. It’s stylish, sturdy and well made. I have had another of their trunks for 5 years and it is as lovely as the day it arrived. Staff at the company are super helpful and they were very accommodating when I wanted to change my order from classic to industrial. I highly recommend Mossman.

Amazing trunks at great prices. Would love to give it five stars if not for the fact that a lot of staffs took leave at the end/beginning of the year so my email got bounced to different people as many of the recipients were out of office. But overall super satisfied with the ordering process and end products
