The Ipad I purchased functions well and arrived as expected aside from a small visible patch of distorted pixels on the screen only visible when the brightness is set to moderate or high intensity. This was not mentioned in the description and was not visible in the photo of the screen displayed on the listing. Despite this I am happy with the product and plan to keep it, no other qualms.

Bundled with Apple 10w charger and Apple lightning cable. Only one v minor disappointment: the charger is mated with a foreign plug, not a UK one. If I could have given 4.9 stars, I'd have done so.

I had bought an iPhone XS and it came within 3 days, brilliant condition and came with a cable and a charing port. Couldn't have been more satisfied with my order even though i bought a 4 star conditioned phone, feels like pristine.

If you are looking to trade in any Apple equipment then don't hesitate to use mResell in Sweden. Just used them for the second time in 3 years and the whole process and service received was first class on both occasions. The selling process is easy to follow, and the price offered was excellent. Just make sure you get the serial number exactly right; no error message is generated, the order is simply cancelled! Thankfully it did not take too much to resurrect it, and their staff are easy to deal with.

It's a trustworthy company, I do recommend it, however, the time it takes to process the whole thing is too long. But I had a very good experience selling my MacBook pro to them. Be patience!!!

BEWARE!!!

I was quoted £700.00 on my MacBook pro. and then after they received it they offered £200.00. Apparently there was something wrong with my trackpad lol. My macbook was in pristine condition. Also took them 1.5 weeks to inspect it.

Got it back (after paying £35.00!!!)and sold it do a different company got the quoted money straight away. No fault found. They received my mac on Monday morning and paid me in the afternoon.

Don't waste your time with this company although they may quote you higher prices they will never pay it.

My Apple Watch was with them for 5 working days(7 days including the weekend) and had not once had an email to say it had been inspected only that it had been received and it was ME who had to chase them to find out where it was and what was happening. I understand with Covid-19 things may run a little slower but every single company to this day that I have ever traded a product in with, has taken one working day to inspect and even process payment. I can’t fault the customer service team as they came back to me when I emailed in, however to top this off my watch came back with 2 heavy scratches to the screen! These were not there when the watch was in my possession and I have pictures to prove this, and as it was sent in a bubble wrapped envelope and the watch with a watch cover on top of it, with itself in bubble wrap, I can’t imagine this was done during transit!

Used Mresell many times and as usual the process was quick, simple and easy. Customer service is excellent with quick responses to questions. The whole selling process is very simple, from the posting of the item to receiving the payment and the prices offered for devices is very competitive. I purchased a MacBook Pro Retina 13" Mid 2014 from Mresell in 2019. Due to an upgrade I wanted to sell it back to them and received an offer of £441. When I sent the unit they said the battery had failed their test and reduced their offer to £15. As far as I am aware there were no problems with the unit when I sent it back. I am left wondering what condition the battery was in when Mresell sold me the unit.

PS - Since writing the above the unit has now been returned BUT not all the items which were sent to Mresell. More frustration with this company.
