Absolutely delighted with the service from Mresell. I have to say I was a bit nervous that they would find a reason to reduce the price on my iMac, but no - I was paid the full price after it had gone through their checking ! Pick up was easy with a courier collecting from my home (in the agreed time slot) and they gave me a better price than many of their competitors. Would definitely recommend!

Selling my iMac
I sold my iMac and was given a good price. Overall I could not faulter my experience. It was collected by the carrier on the day allocated. I was advised of its arrival at the workshop and the result of the inspection. All was good. I promptly received payment.

Refurbished 2015 Macbook Air
I bought a refurbished 2015 Macbook Air from these guys, which was delivered quickly and on a specified day. The Macbook itself is in excellent conditon and works very well. At first I was hesistant but now would absolutely recommend buying a used Apple product from here. All I can say is I hope the service is as good when it comes to the 1 year warranty. (Which hopefully I won’t have to use).

Don’t expect to get paid what you are quoted...
Paid quickly but both items were dropped in price even though I judged everything directly from their definitions. They add on specialised screen tests etc which no home test can ever do! Only use if you’re happy to except lower final prices. Around £100 - £150 less
